A bit on the pricey side, but if you want a quality product, you need to consider this mixer. It's powerful enough for heavy dough and mixes with no problem. I love the silver color. I purchased a dust cover for it as it sits on the counter and this prevents dust and dirt from getting into the bowl and on the mixer. The stainless bowl is excellent quality and the handle is sturdy and useful. All good as far as I'm concerned. Why buy something cheaper and then have to purchase again and again? Put your money into a quality product once and always have a quality product. That's why I purchased this KITCHENAID Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixer, Silver, 4.8 Litre.

I purchased the product, head stopped rotating after a few uses, although I paid for an additional one-year guarantee; when I called Amazon, I was pushed to talk to Salama Care, called Salama care pushed back to Amazon, and then was advised to reach out to the supplier in UAE, called them, they needed the invoice which can not be obtained since it is from a different country, long story short, very disappointed with the product which appears to be very fragile, very unsatisfied with the customer care process and support, what is surprising, saw similar comments on the reviews.

Cadeau pour ma fille et à aucun moment il est mentionné que c’est une prise UK dans le descriptif du coup je me retrouve avec un appareil qui ne peut être utilisé en France à ce jour. Je ne sais pas s’il est possible de changer la fiche ou juste de mettre un adaptateur. Et si cela ne risque pas d’endommager le produit !! Avant de l’acheter voyez comment répondre à cette problématique.

I’ve owned the standard type for the last 25 years the motor finally packed in, and with all the enamel having come off the parts I decided to go for broke and get a brand new one than get it repacked. I managed to get this for an outstanding price in Black Friday week, so was similar to the standard model. Now, first thing to mention is it’s a lot bigger than the standard, both in the counter that it takes up and height, but I’d have this any day of the week over the standard, I used to find it quite hard to sometimes get the bowl off the standard one, with this it has 3 parts to connect, once you get how it attaches it’s really easy, line up the 2 sides then a bit of pressure to push the back into its place, it’s nice and light too and easy to clean, there is a handle to wind up to get the bowl higher which basically avoids all the flour or icing sugar etc spilling over the side, it isn’t as noisy as the standard one - well I don’t think it is. Comes with 3 different attachments whisk etc, the power lead is the same length as the standard machine - I wished they would make it a bit longer , aside from that it’s much easier to clean the base than the standard one. Highly recommend these mixers, but… I do think a lot of it is paying money for the brand, my Nan wouldn’t entertain this brand, she was a kenwood fan, the kenwood mixers are actually better (although personally I think the bowl is too heavy ) but they don’t look as good on the bench and are made of more plastic.

This mixer was bought all in good faith for my daughter who lives 10,000 miles away from me. I ordered it from Amazon au and it arrived all in good time but it has a UK plug on it? Absolutely amazed when I bought it from amazons Australian website you’d have thought it was set up for Australian use. You might think what’s all the fuss about when all is needed is an adapter plug BUT lo and behold it says do not use with an adapter!!! I would like a suggestion please as to what to do. This is an expensive mixer so I am very disappointed and unhappy. Nowhere does it say in the details that this is for Uk market. So please watch out if you are buying for Australia from Amazon au.
