I love these vitamins! It makes me feel good knowing that these are all natural, and are easily absorbed. So glad I found these!

I wanted approximately 100% dosages and this vitamin does that in 1 capsule. So many vitimins have uneven doses. Also, no supplement is going to cover minerals in one capsule or tablet, so I just add a couple calcium citrate and magnisium citrate capsules and am done for the day. No worries about extra D in the mineral formula due to this multiple not going crazy on it's dose. I was buying a lot of single vitamins, but this one is a good enough mix to save me some shelf space.
