this multivitamin is effective!! my nails aren’t always strong and they always break, but ever since i started taking this multivitamin, i never knew how strong my nails could be and how long they could get without breaking! i also feel more energized from taking this multivitamin. it’s important that you stay consistent, and you’ll see the results, i promise. the pill is pretty big compared to the average pill size, but just swallow it with a lot of water and don’t overthink it, you’ll be fine lol. the taste isn’t that bad, you just gotta swallow it with water. it’s also important that you eat after taking the pill bc if you don’t eat afterward, it’ll upset your stomach. i have a sensitive stomach, so just make sure you eat smg after taking the pill and you’ll be fine. i don’t see any side effects from this multivitamin other than amazing results! just buy it and you won’t regret it 🤭
