Please do not let the negative reviews scare you out of buying this product. I am a single mother of two and I really don't make much money at all yet still this was worth the over $250 or how ever much it was. Both my girls are able to enjoy playing with this dollhouse. At her birthday the cousins were able to play at the same time with a total of 5 kids playing with this dollhouse at the same time. Its very sturdy. The only way I can see it being not sturdy is if you don't snap the pieces in together when assembling it. Also the only way I can see someone breaking a piece during assembly is if they ae agitated and overwhelmed by all the pieces before hand ( be gentle yet use a little force to snap pieces together). We've moved this dollhouse around the house ( my advice is use two people to move the dollhouse). My daughter is over the moon happy for this and it is more than worth the price. Brings me back to when I use to dream of having a Barbie dreamhouse but we could never afford it. The few hundred dollars you spend will be an everlasting memory for you little one. Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 December 2019 Verified Purchase Arrived in its original Barbie coloured box so be aware if it's a surprise as it doesn't come in Amazon packaging! An Absolutely amazing barbie house! My daughters eyes lit up when she's saw Santa has brought one - she's wanted a big Barbie house for 3 years! Now for the technical bits - Most of the stickers are already on the house so there's not too many to apply on the day. Which is a lot better than some of the Barbie products where you're there for ages sticking the final touches to it with a little one champing at the bit to start playing with it! The whole thing goes together relatively quickly! I thought I'd be there hours on Christmas Day but we managed to do it in about 45mins! The Amazon video on how to assemble is great just to double check the instructions and iron out any arguments between the instruction reader and the Barbie house builder! 🤣 Now it's built - it looks amazing and all the little features like the massive sturdy lift, slide (that fits the Barbie wheelchair down it too!) and coffee table turning it into a bed for chelsea and the main bed turning into a bunk bed makes it far more special for my daughter! She adores it! And runs down stairs to check it's still there every morning since Christmas - she loves it that much! I can't comment on longevity yet, but it feels quite sturdy - a lot better than the townhouse which was so flimsy and broke so easily! Yes it's a lot of money, but if you get a good deal on it - it's worth every penny and every little girls dream to own a dreamhouse!!

Compramos la casa de la Barbie para mi sobrina, es fácil de armar, pero la debe armar un adulto, tiene muchas piezas pequeñas, pero ya armada es un espectáculo, mide 3 pies de alto por 4 pies de ancho, tiene 3 pisos, 8 habitaciones, una piscina la cual se desarma, puedes usarla desde el tercer piso o solo desde el segundo piso, también cuenta con un elevador, garaje con un carro y algo muy curioso, la estufa tenía sonido. Nos tocó regalarle más muñecas ya que no trae y ella solo tenia una para esa mansión, se divirtió mucho, vale la pena la inversión, ya pasaron más de 7 años y terminaron regalándola, pues daba pesar botarla, le pedí a mi primo en su momento que la grabara cuando estuviera jugando, pero hizo mucho más que grabarla. 😂 ************************** We bought the Barbie house for my niece; it’s easy to assemble, though an adult needs to put it together since there are many small parts, but once assembled, it’s spectacular. It stands 3 feet tall and 4 feet wide, featuring three floors, eight rooms, and a detachable pool that can be used from either the third or second floor. It also includes an elevator, a garage with a car, and a really neat detail a stove that made sound effects. We ended up having to buy her more dolls, since the house didn't come with any and she only had one for that mansion. She had a blast with it, and it was well worth the investment; more than seven years later, they ended up giving it away because it felt like a shame to just throw it out. Back then, I had asked my cousin to record her while she was playing, but he did much more than just record her. 😂
