Great probiotic! Garden of Life is a must have brand! I’ve been through trial and error for a couple of years trying to find an effective, cost efficient, and reliable probiotic. It has been such a relief finding this product, I love that it encapsulates vaginal, digestive, and immune system health (pivotal aspects of women’s health) into one capsule as opposed to balancing numerous. This supplement has been a staple in my health regime for about 10 months and I have had a significant positive difference, I didn’t have these probiotics for a week and I noticed a negative difference on my digestive health. Indicating the effectiveness of these probiotics. I didn’t have any side effects or sensitivities from the probiotics, im happy that they’re vegetarian and gluten free. I have included a photo comparing the size of the supplement, they’re on the larger size of pills.
