Would look to one of the other more mature vendors for a turn-key or use a Opensource solution if you go the DIY route, I wish I had.... ### ⭐⭐ Asustor tech support is terrible *by R***T on July 17, 2025* Asustor tech support is only in Taiwan so you have to wait until the next day to receive responses to trouble tickets. They do not offer telephone support. I submit detailed tickets with log files and then after 24 hours will receive a reply to reboot the device. They dont provide any real tech support. The devices are not stable. They lock up easily. You have to purchase licenses to record cameras to the device.
