It's a great product. Definitely better than a 10th gen intel NUC. you can play games at low 1080p settings. Good to connect 2 4k displays as 60hz.Can't power the device with usb c even if seller claims it can.However, the seller cheated by posting pics of a product with display port user configurable port but sending one with a VGA port.

I have not tested the product it self but i felt really bad when i saw that they had sent some duplicate power adaptor instead of the original asus one. I don't no whose fault this is. Just make sure you clarify this before buying.

Great pruduct from Asus.You can put your own choice Ram and SSD.Nicely mounted my samsaung monitor.I have fixed every thing at the back of my pc monitor.Now it is compact and can be carried any where you want easily.

So let's first talk about the packaging..Packing wasn't so good..... I think if you're selling something expensive... You should wrap it in plastic bubble and pack it with corrugated box...Amazon just used simple plastic bag to pack it...RAM :-So It was a barebone pc... I bought one crucial 8 GB DDR4 2666MHZ ram... you can use any DDR4 ram which has maximum frequency of 3200 MHZ.. And of course it has two slots and supports dual channel.. you can expand Ram upto 64 GB...HDD or SSD :-As it has two slots for storage one is M.2 Pcie NVME slot and One is 2.5 inch SATA III slot which can support SSD and HDD whichever you wanna add.I bought one KINGSTON A2000 M.2 250GB SSD for M.2 NVME SSD slotAnd One Crucial BX500 2.5 inch 240 GB SSD.So I added SSD and RAM and the last thing was Operating System...So here comes the issue...I'm a programmer and I wanted to install WINDOWS 10 along with UBUNTU... so first I tried to install windows 10... During installation it asked for WINDOWS ACTIVATION KEY.. I skipped that part..After completing installation when i checked in settings there was no windows key... It wasn't activated...If you see the product description It's mentioned that it supports windows 10 pro... Even in short description you'll see Operation system is windows.I don't know what to do.. but I'm cool with it.. I activated it somehow using some tools.Now as I installed Ubuntu.. it wasn't detecting wifi adaptor of the machine also if you restart your PC you'll stuck at grub bootloader.... I think the reason behind it is AMD graphics or processor which doesn't seem to work properly... although you cab change bios settings and change kernal version in ububtu to make it work...but it won't be stable for longer....So it's kinda bad.. amazon doesn't mention any of these things... Especially for windows..you'll have to buy activation key if you want to use genuine windows...One thing I must say.. with windows 10...this machine is a little beast.. performance is top notch with ryzen 3 4300U , As it is 4 cores CPU.. it outperforms big intel processors..If you know how to make it work buy it... otherwise don't... If you know how to install windows and activate it using some tools or settings then go for it... it's performance won't disappoint you.It you want to use Linux.. i won't recommend this machine...I got free KEYBOARD and MOUSE inside the box and keyboard quality is super good and I am happy with it..The power adaptor I got inside the box wasn't from asus..quality was quite average.
