For the style changing table we have the velcro straps were well over 6" too long. No matter which way they were attached, the organizer fell too low and didn't have the table supporting it where it needed it. So after a few hours of messing with it on and off, I finally cut the straps shorter and stapled it where it needed to be. I covered the staples with ribbon and called it good enough!Aside from the straps being a pain, I am overall happy with the organizer. The diaper storage area is slightly smaller than I thought it would be, but it does hold our 24 newborn gDiapers with plenty of extra room. I'm not sure it will hold all of our OS pocket diapers but we will cross that bridge when we get there. My only other complaint is that the top is not quite sturdy enough for our OxoTot wipes container - but it's fabric and has limitations!
