Lucky Line Jumbo Magnetic Key Hider, Case Holder for Larger Keys and Transponders (91501)

I affixed this to the bottom of a vehicle. The magnets on the box seemed shifty, so I didn't expect them to stay. But THEY STAYED! About 1.5 yrs of hwy driving in all sorts of weather and over multiple terrains, it was still there when I needed it! This is 100% worth it. It saved us from calling AAA or from having to call for the spare key several hours away from home. I ordered the XL bc I needed to use it on a huge old school key. The huge old school key fit well, and I could tell it would not have fit in any other size. If your key or fob is very big, get the XL. I added tissue inside the box to keep the key from making noise or sliding out. It also helped to keep the box closed. I can't say it would have opened otherwise under the car, but having stuffed the box with a key and tissue definitely kept the box door closed. I would recommend this for all of your vehicles and spare house key if you can find a place to safely leave it. The box has held up nicely for past 2 yrs. In the time that I have had this, my siblings and their families have purchased them also.

The key hider is large enough to hold my keys with key ring. The magnets are very strong and are hard for me to pull loose. I put tape over one of the magnets to help. The sliding lid can be a little tight to open.

These work great! My boyfriend constantly locks his keys in his vehicle and these have saved him now!!!! Super cheap and good quality! They slide right open for you to stick your keys in, I do recommend the larger size for vehicles!

This works well enough for my purpose which is to hide a key while I go surfing. don't want to just leave it in my bag sitting on the beach for just anyone to stroll by and steal while I'm on the water... BUT the "jumbo" won't hold my key and fob, so I have to leave the fob at home... so much for "jumbo." On the other note, the magnets are not very strong at all. I would not trust this to hold a key for emergency use while I drove around. pretty sure the first pot hole the key holder would just bounce off. But as I said it does work for my purpose so I'll give it four stars since I can't give 3.5 and it does fullfill the task

I purchased this larger size magnetic key box for my spare truck keys! It fits the key and remote perfectly! I took the key with its fob remote, wrapped it in plastic bag and taped it up and stuff it inside the box. Stuck it under the side of my truck on the bed frame. Perfect because I actually had an incident where I literally locked myself out and figured this is the perfect time to put it to use. The magnetic box stays very well onto the frame and the magnet is pretty strong! I've been driving it off work a bit and that box is still there! Love it. FYI...if you have a "push start type of vehicle or not. Wrap your keys in aluminum foil, double wrap if you need to!!! This helps prevent both communication between the fob and the vehicle when it isn't being use and also prevents theft and self entry by strangers.

Finally had to use my hideakey today. The Lucky Line compartment was not waterproof, so my battery was dead. It was also hard to get the compartment open (had to use a butter knife, which would have been a problem if I'd been away from home). On the plus side, at least the compartment was still on the flat surface where I'd hidden it. (But it would have fallen off the vehicle if it hadn't been stashed on the inside of the bumper.)

Just what I needed for ignition key with remote control buttons. The regular magnetic boxes for keys are too small for it. The magnets on the box attach to metal with a death grip. The one key fairly well fills up the box though.

The jumbo box is a great size for multiple keys. Other than deciding on where to put it, it is easy to use. Was able to fit two large keys and a small toolbox key in the one box. It is plastic, but feels durable. The design feels like it securely closes each time, but it easy enough to open when you need it.
