This tuner is very handy and I use it regularly to exercise Tuning is a piece of cake, I have it on my music stand and just clip the cable to my instrument and I'm tuned in about half a minute. The metronome has different beats/settings that are handy, you can adjust the tempo by taping, you have a visual feedback on the primary beat, and even a virtual needle hopping left and right with the tempo Another bonus feature for fret-less instruments (or even bending on a harmonica ;D) - you can use the tuner as a drone You can set it to hum any tone for accuracy exercises and play along - scales, position shifts and so on, you can feel when you are off or on spot using the drone tone for reference

I bought this as I believed I had lost my other tuner metronome (I hadn't, so I now own two!). The unit is compact with a large clear display. There is a M/T button to toggle between metronome and tuner - can't have both at once though most of the time both are not needed simultaneously. The number of beats per bar is set by a button that increments to 10 (I think) then returns to 2. But of a faff if you want to change from 4 beats per bar then down to 3 per bar. I have awarded 4 stars not 5 because of these minor limitations, but overall it is a good useful unit to keep time and check tuning. It is recharged via a USB lead, takes but a few minutes. My other tuner metronome uses AAA batteries and these seem to last ages. The price was just less including delivery than £18 due to an offer so I considered it a good buy.

I thought this would be accurate on chromatic scale but it takes time to register and iv compared it with my other chromatic tuner and thus one is off...not a lot but it's off ... There are far better FREE chronometer/tuners on Google ...ok you do get interference because it's on your phone but compare the reading on my phone with my guitar tuner and BANG ON Nice item but not very accurate Save your money Download off google

It is a great addition to your gig bag. I usually use the Roady Tuner to tune my guitar and Banjo. With this product I can really fine tune my instruments. It is lovely as the Roady can be just slightly a wee bit off. It is great for quick tuning, or after replacing with new strings. The Metronome Tuner can really allow you to fine tune . It uses USB ror recharging. So no messing with batteries. Well worth the investment.

I bought it for my cello it has a long wire clip on attachment that I attach to the bridge. It also worked good on my bass. It also has a usb charger…no need for batteries

Llevaba tiempo buscando un buen afinador que pudiera ocupar en bajos ya que por la frecuencia es difícil que sean precisos, este es muy bueno la pantalla es clara, es preciso, RECARGABLE lo cual te ahorra bastante en pilas, es pequeño y muy práctico y encima te incluye una pastilla de contacto para afinar, también sirve como metrónomo definitivamente recomendable

I bought this because I wanted a metronome. Yeah, I know all our phones can be an ultra-fancy metronome too, but I find it extraordinarily useful to have a stand-alone metronome so I can do better things with my phone (like record myself or whatever). You might too. Anyhow, it works great as a metronome. A dial would be better than buttons to change the speed (bpm), but the up/down buttons certainly does the job. It has adjustable volume and even a few beat patterns. It has a built-in speaker so you can hear the clocks, or you can have the audio come out the output jack into your headphones. Nice. I didn’t buy it for the tuner capabilities, but it works great as a tuner too. Surprisingly great. I might actually use it as a tuner even though I have a lot of those clip on tuners around the house. This takes AAA batteries, which is nice because they’re very common. And you can turn off the backlight, so hopefully the batteries will last a long time. It has a little stand build-in, which is adequate. I wish it had a little clip so I could attach it to my music stand. In all, considering features, function, build quality, and price, this deserves a full 5 stars.
