This is the first vitamin I’ve stuck with for over 4 months non stop. Usually I’ll start taking vitamins and then get bored and start forgetting them or forget to take them with food. Not an issue with these since they taste so good that it’s my desert after a meal. Since daily dose is like 6 of them, I take some after breakfast and some after lunch. Effects: these are also the first vitamins I feel a noticeable difference with. I feel more energy each day, probably due to B and D vitamins. Due to that, I try not to take them too late in the evening. The other thing I’ve noticed right away is a lot more regular bowel movements. My friends who tried them said they’ve noticed the same. That being said, if you eat more than daily dose because they taste so good, you might be extra regular. Ingredients: I love that it has every vitamin you need based on latest research. Over the last decade there have been a lot of studies that say it can be dangerous to take D vitamins without K2 with it. And although many D3 specific vitamins do include K2, I have not seen that in a multivitamin yet, other than this one. Granted K2 is a little low here but better than nothing. Also, I’ve read up on the actual ingredients of these vitamins and turns out that many that I read about are the best source for your body to absorb as natural vitamins. Probably the reason why I actually feel a difference with these as opposed to the other ones where I just get bright yellow pee. Also, I have not seen multivitamins that have omega oils. Not only that, you cannot taste it at all. When I’ve taken fish oil, It would taste so awful and then I’d be burping up oil for hours. With these I do not have any of these side effects Taste: I saw that some people are saying that theirs are covered with sugar or too sweet. The company describes the types they have and which ones are sugar covered. The ones I order are not covered in sugar although they do have sugar in them. I hate overly sweet things and candies. These are not overly sweet. I would say they are a bit on the sour side and have sugar to counteract that a bit but not too much. They are very pleasant. They are NOT gummy bear texture though. They are not chewy. So if you bite into them, it will be like biting into thicker jello. So the texture feels weird initially when you are expecting it to be chewy, but once you no longer expect that, the texture is awesome. I tend to suck on them or chew them if in a hurry

Update: These are NOT for people fighting Candida overgrowth. I cycled into Candida overgrowth territory nearly two months ago and for the last 10 days I have been eating completely clean and taking antifungal essential oils that typically work, but this time, my eczema rages on undeterred. I finally checked the ingredients on the bottle and the first two ingredients are Organic Cane Sugar and Tapioca syrup. I probably ignored that before, thinking 'how much sugar could gummy vitamins have?" And now I know the answer: enough to keep Candida overgrowth raging in the face of a powerful antifungal cocktail taken 2-3 times a day. Smarty Pants I Love ya but I gotta switch to a multi with no sugar -- Update: I've been taking these for a week now, and I don't taste fish oil -- I think it was all in my mind because of the review I read. All I taste is yummy! Sadly, there were no lemon-flavored gummies in my bottle, but I'll live. I've eaten many more than recommended this first week so I'm probably down to an 18-20 day supply rather than 30. But I'm slowly weening myself down to the daily recommended amount of 6 per day......Nah, maybe next bottle! I don't think one can overdose on vitamins but if it was possible, these would be the bait -- they are yummy. I read another review about the sugar covering the fish oil; to me, they taste more tangy than sweet. And because I read that review, I detect a hint of fish oil taste; not sure I would have noticed otherwise. I bought these because I was guided to take a hair vitamin with Vitamin K and Biotin. There was another here on Amazon that had both but it had high dosages of everything and a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor once told me Western supplements use much higher doses than are necessary. For example, this formula has 100% RDA of Biotin instead of 888 gazillion %. I've learned that more is not always better -- its just more. I'll report back about hair growth in a month or so.

Omg I know I just got these less than a week ago but they are amazing ❤️.I don't know where to start.im usually a pill person.ive tried gummy in the past with another brand with great reviews but to me they were so hard it made my jaw hurt.These are sooo soft. The taste is great it's like sweet and sour. And it's great that I can take it on an empty stomach with no discomfort.But what matters to me the most it's the composition. You know when u know certain supplements are good for your health you even started to take them but somewhere along the way you can't keep up with joggling all of them??? Well here's a list of all the supplements I used to take on top of my multi -Omega3 -extra D3 to help with depression -B12 for brain health -my Dr recommended CoQ10 Now guess what?! all of these are included in these gummies,I'm so happy about that. The 1st day that I took these I felt a jolt of energy. I really noticed a change in my mood since I started these. I feel livelier. I battle mild depression so it's amazing to find a relief. It has folate and methyl for B12 which the body absorbs better. I know it doesn't have iron but I don't mind taking it on the side. I know some ppl complain about taking 6 a day. I take 3 in the AM and the PM. I plan to do so for a couple of weeks then scale back to 4 a day.its will be good for my sugar intake in my pocket lol.

I love all the great nutrients and vitamins in these, but why are they so sweet? I’m not 5 — I don’t want sugary sweet gummy snacks. And you have to take 6, so it’s way too much sugar and way too sweet. I guess I need the sugar-free version.

Very impressed with Smarty Pants Women’s multivitamin! I have been taking them for roughly the past six months and I notice the difference in my mood and energy levels when I don’t take them. I used only the Smarty Pants prenatals my second time around because they were the only prenatal I could find in store that had methylfolate instead of synthetic folic acid (look up why if you’re curious). So, when I decided on a multivitamin, it had to be Smarty Pants also. These taste great, like eating fruit snacks, and leave a pleasant taste but not long. Texture is nice. I’ve noticed hair and nail growth is quick when I’m taking these regularly (great for your head and nails but not for leg hair in the summer lol). Overall 10/10 on these vitamins, I’ve gotten everyone in the Smarty Pants fanclub in my house.

I swear by these vitamins. I have an insane amount of food intolerances/allergies so my diet is very restrictive and I miss a lot of necessary nutrients. I am on a paleo diet + low fodmap so basically I can’t have grains, gluten, dairy, soy, onion, garlic, etc. Starting this diet, I felt awful due to the lack of nutrients, but with these vitamins, I feel like a new person with way more energy, better skin, and healthier hair. I know you’re probably saying “this is all her head that these gummies do all of this,” but I actually stopped taking them for 2 months to test how I felt/side effects of not taking these vitamins, and I felt awful and had no energy, thinner hair, weak nails, and my skin worsened! Worth every penny. Also they taste amazing, you can’t even tell that these are vitamins. I wish I could eat these as a snack lol. Get them!!!

I've been taking these vitamins for about 3 months now, here is my honest review: I gave up processed sugars about a month before taking these vitamins. I was a bit worried based on the reviews that these vitamins would be too sweet and "shock" me since I went cold-turkey on processed sugars. However, these vitamins are not much sweeter than the regular welch's gummies that you give to little kids! So, if that is a concern for you, try the welch's packs first. I didn't find them too sweet at all. Acne: First, as i mentioned, I gave up processed sugars and also dairy products a month before taking these vitamins so my acne prone skin was getting better, but it was very dull and lots of redness. however, now taking these vitamins EVERYDAY for the last 3 months: my skin is looking amazing. I haven't had a pimple in months and less redness! nails: my nails are super strong and long! 5/5 hair: (currently 6 months in quarantine and 8 months without a haircut lol) prior to taking the vitamins, clumps of hair would fall out in the shower. now, my hair doesn't fall out in the shower as much anymore - hardly any hair falls out. Memory: 3/5 cant say much to this just yet. Immune system: 5/5! i havent been sick in months! i live in CA during wild fire season and my lungs were SUPER strong amid the smoke! i even went on a few long walks and didnt cough. super impressed. I'm 26 years old and i recommend this for anyone looking for healthy supplements to their everyday lives!

I’m not a gummy person but these Smarty Pants have everything I was looking for and lots of stuff I don’t want in a vitamin. They are easy to chew, taste great but my bottle only had 2 flavors in it. Not a huge deal but if Smarty Pants was going to cheat me out of a flavor I wish it would have been orange, not my favorite. Still the vitamin does have lots of great vitamins in each tasty gummy. There are 180 gummies divided by 6 a day so it’s a 30 day supply.
