Useful for all gamers!
I have no special needs+ bought this item as it provides,enabling multiple control options, the long term gamer with an opportunity to give his -oh so long -overworked fingers+thumbs a break!!!!!

Brilliant but not by itself
This is a brilliant gadget, you just need to be aware you'll need to purchase extra buttons and sticks, depending on the ability of the person using it. The Adaptive Control unit allows those sticks and buttons to talk to the Xbox. And it works amazingly, allowing people with limited hand function to enjoy gaming. The guy who wrote the one star review clearly didn't understand what he was buying.
