MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS - I think for me the best part of this series is reading about our favorite Seals and their little ones and our favorite cop from the cross-over series. Anna was the young teenager who they rescued when she was abducted and brutalized overseas, now growing into a sister roll to Jaxson. Logan Knight takes her to her prom, fulfills all of her dreams in the bedroom that night, erasing the horror her body went through just a few years ago, and then suddenly he is in jail for accidentally killing a man who was beating his mother & sister. Logan refuses all of Anna's visits and now four years later he is out & their chemistry is still amazing & strong. However, Logan has agreed to be a fighter in an underground illegal fighting ring to help out the feds & it puts him and his whole family in danger. Each time they fight through the pain of his prison sentence & talk about his past, Logan & Anna get closer to their forever together.

Something most would find impossible.She grips you from the first page and doesn't let go. This book is the first in a spin off series. While it can be read as a stand alone it really does help to have read the previous series so you know who all the supporting characters are. Especially ones like Jaxson and Sawyer who crack me up.Anna has been through something no one should ever have to. Logan is her salvation. He is the only one who can help her quiet her panic. When tragedy rips them apart it is heartbreaking, but fate has a way of righting things.After four years apart they find their way back to each other. The only problem is circumstances beyond their control keep trying to tear them apart.When things become life or death Logan proves that his honor will be his redemption.Amazing story. Also speaks to a very serious subject. Can't wait to start the next book in this series.

I really loved this story.Logan and Anna meet when she’s still in high school, 3 years after she survived a traumatic experience. They fall in love and he helps her through it. The book starts when they are abruptly separated by a series of events.Throughout the book they find each other again and now it’s Logan’s turn to get Anna’s help.Logan is the perfect boyfriend. He’s sweet and protective but I never felt like he was an exaggerated alpha either. Basically he’s the kind of guy every girl dreams of.Anna is amazing in her own way too. She’s strong and kind. I truly appreciated that she was never portrayed as whinny or weak. She fights back and doesn’t spend her time with self pity. My kind of girl!This story is just great! Read it!

What a way to start off a new spin-off series! I absolutely ADORED Logan & Anna's story!! The heartbreak, the romance, the suspense, the drama, the sex... All of it made this book totally unputdownable.Everything about this couple was amazing. Their selfless acts, their perseverance, their commitment to one another... OMG, I loved them to bits.And speaking of bits... the sex scenes in this book were off-the-charts hot. There was plenty of variety, they were never, EVER boring & there were a ton of them. * le sigh*Logan... Holy. Frakin'. Crow. This guy has most definitely reserved his spot in the Book Boyfriend Hall of Fame. His dirty mouth burned up the pages, his alpha traits were delectable & his love for Anna was always front & center. And the fact that he remained celibate during his & Anna's separation... *swoon* Yes, that pushing away/making that big decision on his own was annoying but it didn't last long (page-wise), thank gods.Anna... This girl's heart is as big as an elephant. Her generosity knows no bounds, her strength was undeniable & her love for Logan was beautiful. She was just so sweet & perfect for Logan! I loved everything about her.I would definitely recommend this read to all of my bookworm buddies! It draws you in from the very first page & never lets you go, even after finishing the epilogue. :)Cannot wait to get my hands on the next book in this series, An Act of Salvation! So ready for Katelyn's happily ever after; especially after what happened at the end of Logan & Anna's story!!

After reading the Men of Honor series, I was really looking forward to Logan and Anna's story. For the most part, I was pretty happy with the story.Fairly well edited.We first met Anna in Jaxson's story. She was being held in the same facility as Jaxson, Sawyer, and Cade. As they made their escape, Jaxson made sure to take Anna with them. Since they made it out, Anna and Jaxson have kept in touch. As she began the long process towards healing, she met Logan. They soon became inseparable. However, just as life looked like it would open up for them, a tragedy leads to Logan spending several years away. When he returns, he continues to stay away from Anna - in order to keep her safe and because he doesn't feel that he is good enough for her. It isn't long before Anna and Jaxson find out that Logan is back. What secret is he hiding? Will he be able to keep Anna safe? Will Anna let him keep running from their love?There is quite a bit to Logan's story. Honestly, I couldn't figure out why the guys weren't able to help Logan out of the situation he found himself in. Just because he said to leave things be doesn't mean the adults in his life should have said okay. All in all, I was very happy to finally read their story. Enjoy.

The heading of this review is just an example of the beauty of K.C. Lynn's writing. Logan and Anna have had hard lives already then a fateful night 4 years ago ripped the little bit of happiness they had made for themselves to shreds. Now they are back in each others lives and although the start is bumpy soon they have no choice but to give in to the love they both still feel. Danger and deception is all around them as they fight for honour, justice and truth. An amazing read.

Four very respectable stars for a book that was good enough to keep me reading pretty much through the night. The only thing keeping me away from 5 stars is that I prefer my couples older...this couple being early to mid twenties. It's just a thing with me . Sine young couples read as older/more mature and some just read as young. Not irritating. ..just young.Anyway I really felt for Logan the entire story. He'd just had a hard time and it was time he was never getting back,right through his childhood to young adulthood. I liked her hugely but never really felt as attached to her but again that's just me and the 'young couple ' thing I have going on.The book was nicely written and while I had issues with the prior series and the guys sounding alike in intimate moments, I didn't find it so much in this.Liked this enough that I've bought the next for tonight and am looking forward to it.easily recommended.

Gahhhhhhh THIS BOOK!!!!!This book certainly sent my emotions off on a rollercoaster.Logan & Anna.... THIS COUPLE!!!! I loved them both from the very start. When Anna was in the MOH books I was like I bet her story will be amazing. IT SURE WAS!!!Logan ♡ god he made me happy, sad, angry then happy again. LOVE HIM!!!I was crying my eyes out near the damn end I was like HELL NO it can't end this way. But then all is happy in the world lol.The MOH gang god I love them all so much. I just want KC to write them in ALL of her books and never stop.Jaxon made me laugh with his overprotectiveness.Sawyer made me want to pee with whatever came out of his mouth.Cade just made my heart all happy with him just being him.Cooper that part about the guns I didnt half laugh.KC your words are just so damn beautiful. NEVER EVER STOP WRITING!!! Xx

I was so excited to read this book, i feel like I've been waiting for Anna & Logan's story since the first Men of Honour book and boy did it not dissapoint!I was surprised by how Logan's story went, especially so quickly and to see how much it tortured him but I'm glad we got to see him work through his struggles with Anna's help.Their back and forth was great, Anna's such a feisty character despite all she has gone through and her times of insecurity. It just shows what a great pair they make. I loved this book so much!

What a brilliant first book in what we know will be another fabulous series, if you loved the Men of Honour Series then this is defiantly for you.As per usual K.C.Lynn delivers and not only that there is always a poignant message which is cleverly incorporated within the storyline and by that I'm talking about Sarge, K.C. Lynn mentioned about a video she had watched about a homeless person and it inspired her, I thought it was a nice touch.We are already familiar with Anna and Logan from Men of Honour but here they get their own story, it's beautiful but extremely touching in parts it made we cry a few times, the way the story opened up on a positive vibe seemed very promising for both of them but of course it didn't last, Anna and Logan had a beautiful moment but a phone call changed everything, the whole situation was really sad.Fast forward 4 years and a shocking discovery on both parts Anna and Logan are thrown together again, it's a tough journey, Anna needs answers thinking Logan had forgotten about her and walked away from what they had, but that wasn't the case, we knew that but Anna didn't but over time Logan proved that but it didn't come without a lot of drama, heartache and anticipation which is what we have come to expect from K.C.Lynn, feelings are running really high and you have a pretty good idea what Logan endured, it's your imagination that runs wild but that's the whole idea and it works, and yet again we got a fantastic story and in the end Anna and Logan got what they wanted..!! But having said that it did end on a bit of a cliff hanger in the name of Kolan, the plot defiantly thickens.I'm eager to know what's behind Kolans story but I've got a feeling we are going to be kept waiting on that one who knows what we will get next from this Author she spoke about Katelyn and Nick and Cece, I read Beautifully Insightful a while ago and that is superb and again Katelyn along with Nick is mentioned in that and that is where CeCe is from so I will be on the lookout and will be grateful for whatever comes next..!!Thank you K.C.
