The elbow head insertion point seems warped and it wiggles how would I get a replacement?

I don’t know mine on the first charge caught fire and melted.

How well do people like it?

I like the pen itself. I don't care for the bent tip as it bothers my wrist more than using a regular tip.

How do you install the tip? Push it directly into the end, or unscrew the silver end? Having problems unscrewing the end & pushing tip into end.

We pushed really really hard.... once u get a tip in I don't recommend changing it lol just keep other sized pens on hand
