How big is top level?

The top level is huge but the second level is not very sturdy no matter how many extra nails you put in it. Plain wood underneath.

How tall is this cat tree?

32 inches tall. It just fits under our window so our cats can look out. The scratching rope does not last is almost completely off and the middle landing does not stand up when your cat steps on it. Don’t recommend.
