I never thought I'd be sitting here rising a review for a toilet seat but here we are. All I have to say is that this is well worth the money spent. I renovated our bathroom recently and the included toilet seat we were given was utter rubbish. It had a lot of play in every direction. When you sat down it would move side to side. You didn't feel secure at all. The lid would sort of cave if you sat on top of it. So I bought a new one. This one. And what a difference! It's hefty, the plastic feels really solid, no flexing at all. Installation was a breeze, the seat clips on easily. Removing it is very simple with the button underneath. There is not lateral wobble, I feel like this will last forever. The soft close is good too. Very silent and smooth. Only small grip is that it closes a bit slow for my liking. From fully open the seat and lid takes 7 and 10 seconds to go down fully respectively. I've dropped a star purely on that basis.

Moved house and this was a need. Really pleased with the quality of this item and it looks really nice. It feels safe and doesn’t move when you sit down. It feels really sturdy. When it came to cleaning it, the removal was so easy and a lot better than previous ones I have purchased. Highly recommended.

Fit my toilet perfect

Quick delivery! Cheap! Cheaper than other toilet seats I have bought BUT way better in quality! Soft close and silent as advertised. I was impressed with the instructions and hardware. So impressed, that I took photos to write a review which I don't normally do. The instructions are printed on card. The same card is also the alignment guide, which worked great. Has to be the easiest seat install ever!

The advert clearly states the seat is 435mm x 360 mm. The diagram on the box shows it as 450mm Long. The 435mm refers to something else, maybe the centre of the hinge. The diagram in the advert is clearly wrong. The seat I was replacing was 435mm Long so I wanted a like for like replacement, but had to use it anyway which is very annoying. Also there is no option to fix the seat brackets from underneath as with other seats. This can only be fitted from above using the large plastic plugs, I would prefer to use solid fixings from underneath, as with other seats. Apart from those issues, the seat seems good quality and I have no other complaints. But because of the incorrect size I can only give 1 star.

This was the 4th replacement toilet seat I’d bought for our hateful toilet!!! I had gone with measurements in person and got nowhere, then ordered two online and had to return the first one so I wasn’t hopeful about this as it was half the price of all the others. I waited a week to fit it as I expected it to be a headache like our old one but I was blown away!! Perfect fit. Really smooth mechanism and zero movement one it’s in place. Plus it took less than ten mins to fit! I love the quick release (we didn’t have this before so it was impossible to clean). So impressed I’m buying another one for upstairs loo.
