Definitely a beast of a pre workout. Hits fast, hard, and last a long time. Side note for me personally is the after effect feels like I get a bit of anxiety just eat and drink water and it goes away fast

51-50 is one the best tasting pre workouts I ever had. One of the best effective and lasting PWO that I ever had. Very easy to mix and drink. Size of container is easy to take to gym in gym bag and take for travel. Easy on the stomach. Start with half a scoop if you are new to PWO...it will still work well. One scoop will give you extra energy and focus especially if you work midnights.

Great flavor this pre workout is worth the money I love the long lasting effect and it does not clump together it mixes good with my creatine

Straight to the point. HYDRATE before taking this if you don’t want to experience an uncomfortable kidney pain. I’ve felt it it’s a 5/10 pain but nothing that can’t be handled. The reason I felt this pain is because I did not hydrate enough before taking this supplement, I absolutely love it, it’s amazing but the caffeine intake will work as a diuretic, making your kidney work double-timed. If your body is not hydrated properly you will feel pain just like me. I do not recommend taking more than 1 scoop, 1 scoop is enough to make you want to mur*** someone, the product is amazing but be careful with the dosage you take!!

This is by far my go to pre workout drink. You can feel it working immediately. I’ve tried many other brands though the years but I always come back to 5150. The 5% KILL IT RTD are also great and convenient. 👍
