It’s been a success.Useability: this product is really easy to use if you have no experience. The instructions are really clear. On the cuff, there’s an arrow which should be pointing towards your shoulder. Little things like this make it a lot easier to use properly, if you have not experience (like me)! The buttons are really simple and the screen is clear.Home use: For the past few days me, my fiancé and my parents have used this item. The accuracy is phenomenal (and that’s come from my mum, who’s a health care professional). We’ve been noting down our figures with aim of becoming healthier.Delivery: the item arrived the day after I ordered it. It came in a packages in a box. Inside, there was a lovely black storage case (which makes it more portable), the monitor, the arm band, the connecting lead and four AA batteries. For me, high blood pressure runs in my family, so it was inevitable that I would also get it at some point also. So far, I have used a number of different devices but until now I was never satisfied with the accuracy or the functionality.Before ordering this device, I had a wrist monitor. Often if would take 3 goes before I got a legible reading and if you got the strap too tight or too slack it would affect the results.This device though is far more comprehensive. For just £20.99 at the time of writing, this product must offer best value for money of any blood pressure monitor out there.The device is so easy to use also, device assembly and setting the date and time was straight forward and important as the device has its own memory bank and will retain all my recordings which I sometimes need to give my local health centre to ensure my medication dosage is still ok.The strap is easy to fit to your arm and you have the peace of mind knowing that the device I am using is the same device type the doctor uses.The device also links to my computer so that I can download all my recordings, I haven't done that yet, but I will do that when I have a significant amount of recordings to download.All in all a top notch product at an excellent price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Compact, Accurate, Easy To Use....And Well Priced! *by J***K on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 January 2021* Having worked for 25 years as a Nurse, I would not expect any medical equipment for home use to be as robust or accurate as that which is used in a care setting. I am, therefore, surprised by this BP monitor. It appears robust [although I haven't dropped it from a great height to see if it breaks!]. It is easy to use: applying the cuff is easy as a one-person task thanks to its clever design. Once on, the BP measurement is just one button push away. The cuff inflation and intermittent deflation feels very 'familiar' in that they do so in exactly the same way as a 'professional' BP machine. The readings I obtain are in line with those I get at the GP Surgery so it appears to be accurate. Pulse readings appear to be accurate: it is reassuring to that there is an arrythmia which will alert the user to an irregular pulse, giving the user an opportunity to follow this up with their Doctor. Handy feature: the measurements obtained are retained in memory which can record readings and save for two different users. Lastly, the machines work fine with batteries; it is supplied with a USB mains lead. My only negative of the mains lead is that it could be longer and more robust.
