This is incredible. I have three dogs, so vacuum cleaners in my house are not living a gentle decorative life. They are expected to deal with actual pet hair, every day, without having a breakdown. In the past I’ve had really expensive vacuums, because I assumed that was what you had to buy if you had dogs. This one has honestly surprised me because it performs just as well for a much lower price. It picks up pet hair properly, has good suction, and doesn’t feel like it’s just skating over the problem while leaving the evidence behind. The other big advantage is the weight. It’s much lighter than some of the more expensive vacuums I’ve owned, which makes it so much easier to move around the house. That matters more than you think, because a vacuum can be powerful, but if it’s a complete pain to drag around you end up resenting it. The dust capacity is good, the suction feels strong, and it’s very practical for a pet household. I’m genuinely impressed. If you’ve got dogs and don’t want to spend a fortune, I’d absolutely recommend this. Great performance, much easier to manoeuvre, and a lot better than I expected for the price.

I brought this after reading other positive reviews, they weren't wrong. I spent some time before starting it checking out how it opened and checked out attachments etc before it got dirty. I liked the all in one tool but think most manufacturers now do something similar. One minor issue is that you cannot 360' it like some but can normally get around this by shortening the adjustable length hose. Note down the serial number on the bottom before using it too...read the instructions to be clear about the number as its not immediately clear. When it came to starting it the first time I thought well here is the moment of truth. I was not disappointed as immediately I felt good suction I started to see everything just disappear...I had not cleaned certain parts of my house for a very long time because of renovation works. It had no trouble sucking up months of dust. It is lightweight and this is a great plus when moving around with it particularly when doing stairs. It's very easy to change things...note I didn't use the on board storage device as I didn't want the extra weight on the wand...would rather have them in a bag nearby. I found it good on hard floors and carpet and it's easy to empty although still getting used to putting the cannister back onto the machine I'm sure I'll get used to it. One thing I would say is the main dust cannister does have a feel of not being hugely robust so you'll need to be careful when emptying it... I doubt it's much different to others these days as manufacturers seek to cut costs. I brought mine for only £60 and at this price point you cannot go wrong, especially as you get a 2nd year's warranty if you register it in time, so all things considered its great value for money and performs brilliantly. As its guaranteed for 2 years I know that I will get at least that for very little money so it gets a big thumbs up from me 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This little Hoover is small but mighty. The suction on it is brilliant. I have a cat who maults a lot, but due to colour of my carpet you can't see the hair but this Hoover will surprise you with how much it sucks up what the eye can't see. Easy to empty and clean,i can wash it all out under the tap then dry. filter is very easy to clean and wash aswell. Comes with some attachments ,the small detail brush is great for hoovering skirting boards, window seals,sofa cushions it's honestly my fav part nd the extra Hoover head is great for hoovering mats and rugs.Only minor is that the plastic pipe that you hold to Hoover doesn't feel very strong, the part that connect to the metal pipe. It feels like if I push to hard it bends and would snap easily , I could tape it but I like to use the little brush attachment and would be a nightmare keep having to take tape off then put back on. I'm just careful not to push down to hard on it. But over all apart from that I love it and I'm so happy with it that it's a very small minor for me and it's garunteed for three years which you need to activate when you get Hoover (paperwork how included in box) so if anything does go wrong it will be replaced. A great little hair sucker with visable results in the cylinder! U will be shocked how much hair is in carpets from pets!

A great little vacuum cleaner, I would recommend it to anybody in a small to mid sized house, if you have a bigger house with smaller rooms, then knock yourself out as well. It has picked up all the dog hair as advertised and for less than £60 I certainly can not complain. Light enough to carry about and do the stairs as well. Seems well built

It’s such a wonderful little machine l feel as though I should be awarding 100 Stars . I have used it twice and I am delighted. I can’t believe that I had so much for so little £49 . I am a pensioner and I like to do things myself. I always worry about removing things just in case I break it , but it was easy peasy , Russell Hobbs is a brand that you can trust . If there is anyone like me 78 , who likes things spick and span , and doesn’t like carrying really heavy pieces of equipment that you need to keep the house clean , we have a Cat and he has long fur . I have to say it again it’s fabulous. Well worth the money 😊

Hoovers not bad but id bought the hoover specifically for the pet hair attachment and thats stopped working after the 3rd time using it.

Came well packed, good unboxing experience. Has all the attachments they mention. The suction is very good, it's gets all the dirt from hard floors and carpets. It cleaned the carpets so well, we didn't know the carpets had so much dirt. One small thing to note, the head accumulates hair, so you'll have to untangle them every time you use, so does the turbo tool (all the long hair just wraps around the turbo tool's brushes). We run the vacuum on the carpets, it makes a cluster of hairs, which we suck directly, without the head. Also, when you move around, the wire itself doesn't come out, so you have to manually do it every time, but it's fine. It's durable, not very noisy, compact enough to carry around while cleaning, and very good value for money product.

The produce was supplied to me in Australia with a UK power plug, as a result it can't ne used without an adaptor. I an returning the plug.
