Outstanding Flavor!
It was outstanding in freshness, flavor, texture, and healthiness. It's a bit pricey, but you can't get anything like this anywhere else.

Just like my homemade sauerkraut,
Wise Goat brand borscht raw sauerkraut. For over 50 years I’ve been making my own sauerkraut.I’m now disabled and not able to make my own. This naturally fermented sauerkraut more than met my expectations. It was exactly like my homemade sauerkraut with that fresh tasting crunch. The jar is densely packed right to the rim in delicious crisp sauerkraut, I will definitely be ordering this again.

Pure Non-GMO Product done Right
Outstanding Product, bought this along with the Kimchi and have enjoyed both immensely, top notch non-GMO ingredients. The texture is spot on crunchy no crazy added ingredients. Yes the cost may he on the higher side but worth it if you value pure clean food, no GMO and no garbage added in and true fermentation. Will buy again, yes as long long as they stay true.

Nice variety of fermented veggies
The Borscht variety has a bite to it. I like to eat a variety of fermented veggies. The jars came sealed and packaged well so NO damage. I've been eating about 1/4 cup with one meal and about the same amount between meals; about a half a cup a day. My gut feels soooo much better, lighter, flatter, easier bowel movements. On days I don't eat it, I can feel the difference :( I've tried fermented products from different companies. Wise Goat Organics, is wonderful, the best! Thank you for you attention to quality and the information you provide about care and use.

Best Sauerkraut Ever!
This is the best flavor sauerkraut that I have ever bought. I love knowing it's supporting a small woman owned business. Most sauerkraut has a vinegar heavy taste. This isn't like that at all. I also like that she buys organic sourced produce locally. We will continue to buy more.
