The taste is just OK - not really a delicate taste, the colour is too brownish for Jin Jun Mei. Definitely not the highest quality (which was expected based on the price tag) - overall is OK to drink it occasionally.

Light and floral in nature in classic Chinese tea style
Very nice presentation and packaging. Inside you receive a series of satchels with ~6g of tea each (~3 servings per 8oz at 2g per serving). Once steeped, you are left with a lighter black tea with classic Chinese floral notes. Unlike the darker, more tannin imbued English teas for which you might be accustomed. As a result, there is no "bite" to this tea and it will most likely be easier on your stomach and throat. I found the tea plenty flavorful even with a slightly reduced amount of loose leaf tea (~1.5g per 8oz or 3g for my 16oz mug). Having visited China and experienced many types of tea across several regions, I don't know if I would put this at grade AA but it is tasty and enjoyable. 4/5

Sucks
Tasteless and no fragrance. Just like drinking colored hot water.

Missing a little depth in flavor
I love myself a nice hot cup of tea before bed, I don’t have any particular favorites, and most of the time like all varieties. Unfortunately, this one had no English writing that I could find and didn’t really have much of a taste. I even tried another cup, leaving the contents in the entire time I drink it there is a very light leafy flavor, but I really wish I had more information on what I was drinking. I do like that they are individually wrapped and come in a small box.
