I wore this on a trip to Sugar Mountain for skiing and it seriously made such a difference. It kept me very warm the entire time and protected my face and neck from the wind and cold. The material is soft and comfortable, not itchy or stiff, and it fit really well without feeling too tight. I was able to wear it under my helmet easily and it stayed in place while skiing. I never felt like I had to constantly adjust it, which was a big plus. It did a great job blocking the wind and keeping heat in, and I stayed comfortable even when it was really cold out. This is so soft and cozy and warm. I was able to fit it over my medium size helmet no problem. It didn't seem to tight. Also love that I can use it with the face part without it having to be over my helmet if needed. It's thin so it's easier to breath in but still super soft and cozy. It's loose around my neck which is good for me because sometimes I get a choking feeling if something is to tight around my neck. This seemed fine. I haven't actually gone outside with it yet or put it to use on the slopes yet but will be this weekend and I'll update then. It's definitely something I'll be using during skiing and off the slopes as well. Quality seems well made but hadn't been through any use yet. I ordered the white and it's super cute. Ski snow bunny. But yes it does fit over ski helmets and it didn't seem to tight. However that may depend on the helmet and the helmet size too. I wore a outdoor master size medium helmet for reference and it fits just fine.

Fits over ski helmet! Fluffy, Warm & Cozy. My whole family has these. We have worn these for Skiing in Michigan. They are warm and cozy up against your skin. They are NOT waterproof and do get wet with snow. In absolute freezing conditions (-24°) while snowing and skiing, they will get wet and freeze in place. But most of the time we don't experience that amount of below zero temperatures. The drawstrings help with around the face adjustments. Helps with cutting wind from getting into the ski helmet IF you wear it over the helment. If wearing this way is sub zero conditions on the slopes i woukd recommend a turtle neck base layer. The balaclava still covers your neck just not as far as without a ski helmet. They have served us well for the last 2 seasons! I have pink, the boys have black.

I'm old, and have a bald spot. That means my wife likes me to wear a hat to keep my head warm when I go out. However, I don't like hats, and they always mess up my hair. So, I took a chance and bought a couple of these (black for me, pink for my wife). The Good: Very comfortable, good for not super cold days. Covers your head, neck and even mouth if you need it. Very soft feel and holds up in the wash. The 'Meh': Paper thin, so not good for really cold and windy days. You'll want to invest in a heavier duty headcovering. Too thin for skiing. For the price: Okay.

This is perfect for everyday use during the winter! I wear it every day now. It is super warm, breathable, and comfortable. Whether I am taking a walk, traveling, running errands, or just outside on the porch, it is great for my needs and keeps me warm and cozy. It is a comfortable and stretchy adjustable fit and I can easily wear it with my hair up or down which is a bonus because I have long hair. It has a nice thickness while also being soft, lightweight, and stylish. It's like a beanie or winter hat but better! Definitely worth it as the quality seems strong. I am wearing it outside right now. It is easy to wash and throw into any laundry size load as it doesn't take up much room. It looks good on all men, women, kids, and even dogs! Whole family approved. 10/10
