GREAT QUALITY PRODUCT!
If you are looking for a great quality product look no further. This product is pure and natural, it's affordable, has a descent quantity of product, and has convenient dosing for those that don't like to take supplements 3x day. I have Medullary Sponge Kidney which makes me prone to UTI'S and kidney stones. My urologist recommended I take this with D-Mannose powder and Vitamin C. Since, I have been on this regimen, I am going on almost 6 most without any infection.

Ever since I went off HRT, I have been struggling with UTIs.. A week ago I took my first capsule of this product and could tell a difference was occurring. Things now feel normal and no positive test results. I am soooooo grateful.

Waited a while Before My Review
So far since I have used this product, I have only had one UTI and it was a staph infection which I did not expect any cranberry to be able to ward off as cranberry and its alternative D–Mannose have really only been shown to prevent E. coli which happened to be the most common bladder infection or UTI that most people suffer from. Having gone through five bladder infections just this year alone, this has been a very nice product to come across.I did not read the directions very well but I would definitely recommend to take this with a meal as I could not understand for the first couple of weeks why I was getting some tummy trouble. I knew it did not have too much vitamin C combined with the multivitamin I take which could have explained, but after I started taking it with a meal as the directions state, I have not had any issues. The added bonus of the vitamins are also great for healing, and building up your body's immune system so that we don't have to constantly be on and off antibiotics.I just went again stress that this will not cure a symptomatic or active infection, and it really works mostly if not totally against fighting E. coli. So if you have had Pseudomonas or a kind of staph infection don't expect this to do much for you. The nice thing about this though is to fight off and to keep the urine at the right acidity level, usually you have to take a pill for times a day. The extended release is a nice feature as the pill can get through the stomach acid and dissolve in the intestines where it can be absorbed. Have tried many different varieties of cranberry, none of them are as easy as this and most of them also don't include the added vitamins.

Works perfectly for US
My husband has diabetes II and knowing cranberry is said to keep material from attaching to linings i wanted to find a cranberry additive that would not spike blood sugars. i was wary because almost anything would sent his sugars off way too high and concentrates seemed to elevate sugar in cranberry caplets. i cannot speak for others but in our case this has not affected sugar levels and he continues along with many medications to improve. i love this product.

Zhou does make great things and well priced too. Cheaper than the visit to the Doctor. By the way mannose wasn't even helping this uti. I recommend this product.

Life saver
I don't think I ever want to be without this product. It works very well, without hurting my stomach. If you need a good gluten free tablet, or even if you don't, I recommend this.
