Just a beautiful little art object that does something. It came displayed in a special origami-like black box. it looked a little like a wedding ring box. At first I couldn't figure out what I had ordered that would look like that. I have yet to use it, but will. Currently, it is out of its box, and on display..where it always draws comments.

Too small for practical use and the product looked used rather than new. The box had dust and what seemed like mold, making it unfit as a gift. Overall, I’m not happy with this purchase and wouldn’t recommend it for gifting.

I purchased this because I wanted an all-stainless steel peeler that wouldn't rust. I've had this for over a year now and it's great. Just hold it by putting the index finger in the loop and peel away. It never slips out of the hand and looks great. It's very sharp, it peels winter squash easily. The only slightly negative thing is that it peels rather thickly, but that dosen't bother me too much.

Never thought I would spend $36 on a peeler but I promise you it is worth every penny. It’s ergonomic Design makes it easy and safe to use.

Amazing peeler. It not only functions well it looks beautiful too! As with all things Alessi form and function are combined beautifully. We keep it on the counter as you would not want to hide it!

The blade is dull which makes this tool useless.

Comme toujours chez Alessi ; non seulement un très beau design mais aussi un objet utilitaire très bien étudié. On l'a bien en main et la découpe est parfaite. Le + pour ceux qui ont des problèmes de douleurs aux mains ; il suffit de passer le majeur à l'intérieur et de tirer vers soi. Je le recommande.
