Zero carbs and it works better than ascorbic acid! Or regular vitamin + from orange or lemon

The expiration dates differ. Mine was bought months ago, expires 11/20

can the tablets be dissolved in hot water?

Since I have never attempted to dissolve them in hot water, I can’t say with 100% certainty that its possible. Should work though because they dissolve in your mouth.
