After doing several hours of research on several different brands of creatine capsules and powder, this seemed the most promising. It is an Informed-Sport Certified Product instead of just "third-party tested", making it stand out compared to other name-brands. Ingredients are clean, and I like the veg capsules. No extra, unneeded ingredients, I just want creatine! I felt no side effects from this, and I did the "loading phase" (20g/day for 5 days). Only side effect I can feel is better endurance and strength in my workout routine. I feel more energized and my stamina has increased during cardio sessions. I will say, if you plan on doing the loading phase, you will go through almost the entire bottle during the first week, so I'd buy at least 2. Anyone in these reviews complaining of "chest tightness" or anything like that has underlying issues that are not related to this product. Creatine has been tested and is one of the most researched supplements you can take, never has anyone during this testing had an issue with their chest or heart that was related to taking this supplement. At the very worst, your stomach/digestion might reject it or feel uncomfortable. I started with a light dose, 3g, to see how my body reacted, then started the loading phase once I was sure my stomach wouldn't get upset.
