Is this clipper or trimmer

More of a trimmer than a clipper. Using it for detail trimming of beard/mustache. Does have attachments. Good for trimming neck hair, sideburns, and hair over my ears. I do have a larger Wahl clipper for bigger jobs. Have had the ciwellu for a few weeks now. Am satisfied.

Can you purchase blades for this trimmer??

No replacements for blades I still can't use mine because the blade came in the box dull not good at all
