CARMEL ORGANICS Fenugreek Methi Seeds Whole 8 Ounce

I bought this for two reasons. 1) I heard it was an excellent appetite suppressant and I need to lose 20LB. 2) My cholesterol was elevated at my last checkup and my doctor told me I needed to get it back down or he was going to put me on medication. This is known to reduce cholesterol. I have only been taking this for a week so I will tell you what I noticed just in the last two days. I am menopausal and experience hot flashes all the time. The last two days, I haven’t had one hot flash. I had to think about what could possibly have changed and I realized it may be the fenugreek water I’m drinking every morning. I did some research and sure enough, there is a medical study that has determined this seed can help. I’m blown away! After 3 years of hot flashes, worsening at night, I finally have some relief! I will update for the other two reasons as I soon as I can. Truthfully, I haven’t noticed my appetite being suppressed but I’m drinking the water based on 1 tsp. I will probably start taking a second dose of 1 tsp. This will be equivalent to 2000mg per day.

I cook many Indian foods and decided to grow fresh Fenugreek … This seed sprouted quickly and is very tasty.

It really does make you smell like syrup when you sweat😅

Update they are the same I just forgot to boil the water first in my application. Same excellent quality. New packaging is the only issue. Thanks! This is my second purchase. These are not the same anymore. They even smell different so I’m wondering if this was a waste of money and I don’t actually have any fenugreek seeds in my smoothies and hair products currently. Also the packaging is set up for failure now. Like they want you to spill these everywhere everytime you use them. Spent more on a box than just keeping the bag resealable?? Will buy elsewhere from now on.

It comes in a flat pack box. Looks like a good product, but it would be nice if it came in a glass jar. The foil pack is not resealable, so I put it in a glass container. Looking forward to using it.

Very good product exactly what I ordered. Got a little confused at first because the way the way the packaging was, you have to open up their packaging logo to get the product out.. and they also gave me a little gift to herbal teas which I cannot wait to drink and I know they’re delicious. It smells really good..
