So impressed - donโt hesitate to purchase!
I rarely write product reviews, but I have to share how wonderful this item is! I am a busy working Mom and this item helps me fast track freshly grated cheese for my family. I am so excited about how easily it cranked, how sturdy it feels and how easy it was to clean. Love all of the blade options and the blade storage case, as well. The suction works incredibly well, which I was skeptical about. I can lean my entire body weight against it and it doesnโt budge. I bought this due to my arthritic hands and it is perfect for my needs. Highly recommend this product! About to purchase another one for my Mom!

Fast, Efficient Grater That Saves Time and Effort
This rotary cheese grater is well designed and easy to use. The hand crank turns smoothly, and the drum blades grate quickly without requiring much pressure. It makes shredding cheese, vegetables, or other foods much faster than using a traditional box grater.I like that it comes with multiple interchangeable blades, which adds versatility for different textures and foods. The unit feels sturdy when assembled, and it stays stable during use. Cleanup is straightforward since the parts come apart easily for washing.Overall, this is a practical kitchen tool that works well for everyday meal prep and saves time while keeping hands safely away from the blades. A solid option for anyone who cooks regularly.

Hello. I saw this product and the first thing that attracted me to it was the ability to have a larger diameter for a hash brown shred. Getting various larger powered kitchen equipment is quite the ordeal for small to medium pietions. Also having a handheld shredder is ok though I wanted something clean and simple with simple mechanics. I wanted to keep my finger, knuckles & finger brips away from shred surfaces.I like pretty much everything about this product but a couple things. One thing is that the handle, when in use, feels like it could easily snap. The solution is make sure you don't force your product into the feed tube and just let the blades do the work. The suction on their works pretty good on a clean surface, that was refreshing. The type of suction material was limbered enough to attach more securely. It was attached to granite. I'm not sure how it would do with the concrete style surface. I would imagine something that has a heavier porosity would possibly be a challenge but I have no experience in that.Having the different type of shredders and graters work quite well. We had a ruffle styled potato chip and we just wash the starch off, pat dry it, add little powdered salt (salt that I run through a mini coffee mill. I like the lessened salinity taste and eveness that powdered salt yields) and stuck them in the microwave, of all things. Cooked them till they were crispy. They actually were really good and oil-free. You can atomize some oil on that but if you're looking to oil-diminish there's that.We also tried the chips in the air fryer but they seem to do better in the microwave which was surprising. Will try them again on a rack system to see if we can get a better air flow. What I liked about that style chip was there was more surface area with the ridges creating more of a crunch. I found out I rather like the texture of something that is fresh, air blown/micro'd and not oil fried. I also rather liked the thickness of the cut and knowing that I didn't have to cook it all the way through which left a little al dente to the texture. We also ran carrots through there with a waffle edge shred and a straight edge. We put those in the oven as a roasted vegetable. We use Golden potatoes for hash browns and a portion of the peel would get stuck in the tumbler area. We learned to just stop shredding when it got close to getting stuck, gabbed the peel and inverted it the peel perpendicular so it would shred It up. One could also easily just take the peel out and use a knife to cut it into hash brown sizes. It's obvious that you could pre-peel the potato before sticking it in but I'm a peel guy so there we go.I'm not sure I would use a softened product like a soft cheese. I would probably stay with more rigid items. Maybe you use a cheese wire for softened items. It washes up nicely. There's not a lot of little bitty grooves you can't get a towel in to dry. We hand wash more these days than we do dishwasher and it just takes care of the plastic products a little bit better.I have a habit to hot rinse and item immediately. Over my years I have found that leaving a grater of any style setting out to be washed later makes it harder to clean. If you rinse it ASAP it's so much easier to take care of. Of course that goes for any product. We will take one of our taller drinking glasses, run some water in it and drop our utensils inside that glass to let them soak. Water solubility really breaks components down of said soaked item.I don't think I would leave the cutting edge of the product without drying it. Not necessarily on this product but with others they tend itself to little pieces of rust. I didn't want to take the chance on this one in that regard.Having the multiple blade selection is rather clever. There are two different blade pieces for each cut/shred style. You detach the bladed surface from the cylinder. Each has two surfaces times two (ie: So if you're doing a ruffle cut you'll have two blades. If you're doing a straight cut again two blades). This feature allows you to benefit of simplistic storage. We used to have a salad shooter years ago and each shred had its own tumbler so we had quite a few tumblers whereas this they're more of a racked position and space saverWhen installing these surfaces I would not force it. Thus the secondary weak point. The narrowed edge of the tumbler housing receives the narrowed end of the shred fixture. There are two little stabilization tabs. If you just simply pop that end of there and not force it you'll be fine. Again don't force anything on this device.I like to concept of this product. I don't know, it just kind of took me back to a simpler time, with a simple machine. If you get this product I hope you enjoy the simplicity of it I think is what I like the best. If I'm hashbowning a single potato or two or even four I'll jump all over this if I'm doing a whole bag of potatoes then I'll break out the powered items. I like this thing because it doesn't scrape my knuckles or fingertips as in a handheld shredder. So the question always becomes would I buy this again or would I give it as a gift to somebody. I would buy this product again. I would like to suggest the manufacturers tha they work on that handle a little bit more. For me, I probably will pour some epoxy on the inside of the handle to help strengthen it ever so slightly but at the end of the day I think I'll just be careful with the product. It's not some kind of power tool, it's plastic, respect the under-engineered design.Blessings to all and have fun with your product.

very nice appliance, no complaints
So I don't particularly like using a standing board grater for cheese (to the point I will often just buy grated cheese so as to not bother). Growing up my parents had an antique rotary grater but it broke and I've never seen another like it. At the same time I am fond of making oven fries (just thinly sliced potatoes drizzled in oil and salt) but it takes a while to slice the potatoes thinly enough. When I saw this product I was skeptical it could do all that it claimed but to my delight it appears to do exactly that.1) Pros--The blades are exchangable. I read several reviews of people claiming they struggled to get the blades on and off but I have not had this issue. Once you work with it for a few minutes it is really straightforward. It comes with several options depending on what you want.It cleans easily. So long as you clean up right after preparing your food cheese and veggies rinse off quickly and without much issue. It's fast. With the waffle fry blades I can slice 2 potatoes in ~1min which is enough fries for my wife and I. A 1 lb. block of cheese does take longer but it's still considerably faster than a standing grater and has no risk of slicing your knuckles (slightly increased risk of mess since soft cheese will curl a little and can roll)Cons--The suction at the bottom is very strong but also very sensitive. Any crumbs or specs are enough to break suction of the entire base. A minor issue if you clean up the counter right before using the grater. The geometry of the grater is really designed to feed into a bowl. I like to minimize dishes so I play around with where I can put the grater and a baking sheet or whatever else I'm using but I recognize that isn't what it was designed to do. Put a bowl in front of the output and this is a non issue.**Long term stability and endurance unknown** I usually would not offer thoughts on something like this until I'd had it a year or more (I've had it ~1mo now) but I was excited and wanted to share. Nothing is obviously wearing or breaking that I can tell but please bear in mind that I have no prediction if the parts will last 2 mo, 6 mo, or several years.Overall very happy with this and I'd recommend buying it if you are at all interested.

Super Great!!!
A great product with a lot of different blades. I've used them to grate cheese, onions, and carrots in a few different ways. Makes cooking more complex dishes entirely possible and easy when chopping up the veggies. It suctions to the counter and DOES NOT MOVE. Which is exactly what I wanted.*Be VARY careful of the blades. You can cut yourself cleaning, so understand you need to watch how you do it.

Love this
We love this. Works great. We use it for block cheese and zucchini for bread.

Easy to put together and take apart.
Love the green color , easy to use and clean.

Disappointed! Pretty good for most cheeses, no fine shred blades.
Over all its a nice grater. Secures to counterparts well, spout is easy to direct to bowl. Rather bulky to store even disassembled. Washes well in dishwasher. The bad stuff... there is not a fine grater blade which is very disappointing especially for parm, or ginger. Had to keep my old school hand grater. ๐

Essential for your kitchen.
Easiest way ever to grate cheese. Iโm a massive cheese lover, prefer blocks over grated bags but canโt stand the old school metal handheld grater. This has completely changed my meal prepping with a block of cheese taking a minute to grate. The cleaning is a little annoying but not because of the unit. This one comes apart easily, stores great and is very simple to use. 10/10 would recommend for an essential kitchen item.

Way better than expected
I never leave reviews, but for this item I made an exception.Due to having wrist problems, I'm unable to use a manual cheese grater anymore which was frustrating. Looked online for electric graters (food processors with attachment) but ended up getting this instead because it was 1/4 the price.I am shocked at how good this is, and wish I got it years ago! No more buying grated cheese with the powdery stuff on it, just buy the blocks and this does the rest.Great kit, don't let the simplicity of the design fool you. Easy to clean too!
