Surprisingly good quality product for the price! Very easy to install! I'm a happy customer!The design is smart, simple, highly functional and very easy to use. Once installed, it's very secure, doesn't come loose or wiggle, and more importantly, it's quick and easy to "un"-install it if needed. Due to the many different locations of cup-holders in cars, the product includes a second installation "optional mounting gadget" that hooks to the heater vent and installs very simply as well. It's equally stable when secured in-place in my car. In fairness, I can't say the second "heater vent mount option" would be a good fit in "ALL vehicles" but the inclusion of a second option at this price is fantastic in my view. It gives me the freedom to relocate my phone to a higher position in the car and it works well in my Nissan Cube. Both pieces easily store in my glove box when not in use. Brilliant!!Another happy surprise after I started using this product... I received an email from a very nice customer service rep at the company that shipped it... simply checking to see if I was happy with the product and making sure it arrived on time. Apparently they had some delivery issues in the past and were being proactive with their customers. This is a well designed and quality manufactured product. I have used it now everyday for a month in 3 different vehicles and it proved stable and effective using the cupholder mode. The vent attachment did not prove feasible due to the design which did not fit the vents in any of the 5 vehicles I tried, but I'm giving it 5 stars because of how well the cupholder mode and the overall product works, its quality and value (about or less than 1/2 of the famous domestic product). The gooseneck is sturdy, the phone clamp works really well, it's very quick and easy to attach and detach the phone, and the ball angle adjustment is also excellent. A top notch product!

Great phone holder, like the goose neck design more than the traditional in cup phone holders, unfortunately this product broke after about a year. Decent bang for buck, will try and find a sturdier design for the next go.

This is a really good product. Easy to install and convenient to use. What really separates this vendor from others is their level of customer service. After the sale there was follow up via email asking if delivery time was acceptable and if I was satisfied with the cell phone holder. Delivery was as promised. However the item had come out of original packaging during transit and there was minor damage. Since it did not interfere with use I did not plan to return it for replacement. Customer Service said that the product is under warranty and immediately sent me a replacement. Additionally there was customer service follow up throughout the process.

Easily and securely installed in seconds. Very strong and rigid. Easy to place phone in and take out of holder. Gears that release the hold of the phone are easy to disengage and work smoothly and quickly. Phone does not come loose or shake while in holder. Quite evident that a huge amount of thought and care went into the design. Even looks cool, like a cobra ready to strike.

holding up great 2 weeks into use. holds your phone in place efficiently. vertical & horizontal views. don't miss my cup holder much. plus this is a 2 in 1. cup holder option & vent holding option. does wiggle a bit on bumpy roads but the phone is still clearly visible. my note 9 is a solid phone but fits easily & with room to spare if you have a bigger phone. will update as months go by 4/15/21still holding up great. you will have to clean it from time to time to avoid having it look dusty. still working as good as the first day i opened it. 11/15/21

I purchased two phone holders for car cup holders. This one from Tollefe lasted maybe three months, and snapped off one day when I put the phone into it. It was a hot day, no excuse because it should not have snapped off, rendering it useless and disposable.The other similar phone holder was the topgo brand and this is no endorsement, but it has not snapped in two yet. (maybe 8 months later as of this writing) I mention this distinction because they were purchased and installed into the car at the same time.

I’ve been using this for over 2 1/2 years now, and really have come to rely on it. It holds my phone just perfectly in the cupholder, and the release mechanism has never given me any trouble. The one thing is that I do have to tighten it securely into the cupholder (it just twists tighter) about once a month—it will come slightly loose but that’s the only bad thing I can say. I think it’s a really good product for the money and it’s been very helpful in my car with my phone.
