Product from Steelbird is amazing value for money I'm really happy for that but what went wrong is that when product was in transported for more than 4 days the packaging should have been proper. What I observed through box I received was that my helmet had some scratches on top and on side. The reason was helmate was wrapped up in just a paper bag & packed in box. Steelbird like brand should look into packaging & replace it with proper thermocol covering which will not cause damage to the product especially when it's bigger in size & definitely it will help in improving the brand image.

I have been using this product for a long time and I have not faced any kind of problem in it.

Can be used for city rides

Looks are awesome but closing the visor takes lots of efforts it never closes in a single attempt and it gets more difficult if you do it while riding bike you have to stop the bike and then use both of your hands to close the visor.another issue is if you try to close it while riding, the visor is fingerprint magnet and needs to be cleaned frequently if you are not using gloves.

Helmet sent to me was manufactured in 2023 but the price charged was for 2025. Inner padding are very loose and helmet came in little loose shape. Visor adjustment was done with difficult
