Mine came with all of the gears (including those for the accessory drive) and an additional tube of grease. This all was an added bonus. I would say you need 1 1/2 tubes of grease to do the job correctly. Having the correct tool made installing the snap ring much easier. Overall it seems like a good replacement. Only minor complaint is that some of the parts needed a slight filing to fit. The accessory drive gear need the center hole reamed slightly to go on the shaft and the worm drive shaft needed to be filed slightly to get the bearing washers on it. There was not much to remove, maybe 1-2 thousandths, but it would not go on without it. The mixer may be a bit noisier right now than before, but I'll see of the parts tend to 'wear in'.

I followed Mr mixers video. The snap ring pliers comes with different heads for different snap rings. I couldn't figure out how to swap it since it didn't have clear instructions but I just operated the head I needed using the one that was on there. The snap ring it came with was worthless so I'm glad I didn't lose my original one. The worm follower gear was a super tight fit so I had to use a hammer to get it down. I then had to use a wrench to hold it in place while I rotated the shaft to align it. The other gears gave me no problems. My mixer now works perfectly

This kit has renewed the life in my mixer. We've had the mixer for many years now and it finally gave up the ghost in the form of an internal gear losing it's teeth. With this kit I was able to repair my mixer and it works just as intended. The only down-side that I can see is that it's a bit loud. I'm hoping that after a bit of use the gears will seat themselves with one another and noise will reduce.

It is a great product and installation is simple. Hint, use all the grease provided. Initially, we only used 1 tube and the sound was loud. I went back in and added the 2nd tube and smooth and sounded like the original. Thanks!

Main gear is not a perfect fit. The opening has to be ground or sanded to fit smoothly on the main shaft, otherwise it's too tight. I did not try to install the worm gear. Luckily the main and worm gears on my machine were still OK and I just had to replace the accessory gears. The accessory gears are a perfect fit, as well as all the gaskets, washers and bearing. The vendor also provided lots of grease. The tool for removing the circlip is very cheap. It does not fit the clip at first. I had to sand and grind the tips to make it fit the clip. Overall, much cheaper than OEM, but you get what you pay for.

This will make your Kitchen Aid loud AF. We're talking concerning loud. It's not lack of lubrication either. The more you use it, it's a little better. I'm still going to have to have ot redone.

I really appreciated that it has everything I needed to fix my mixer (we have the older Kitchenaid Professional HD version mixer purchased at Costco). It cost a bit more but has it all to fix the gears. If the parts wear out quickly I will update the review but it was worth it and has worked well now for a month. Grease is also notably better than other sellers versions (this one is thicker like the original grease). I'd recommend this to others.

Fit perfect, all bearings, and gears fit perfect, no issues! Blender works again, good as new. Grease was twice what I needed, and have leftover snap ring pliers for the shop, awesome!
