A great product ,I weight train and jog works well but I found I can only take one I get real full of to much energy if I take 2, over all great

I have been taking Regains since the end of April, and so far it has helped me sustain energy and strength throughout my home workouts. I am in my early 40s so I struggle with energy levels week by week, and Regains has helped me perform well during my workouts and recover in time for the next day. I take it as soon as I wake up since it is on an empty stomach, and I workout two hours later so that I can avoid eating before use. I hope after two months I will be able to see the results, but I am definitely impressed with the performance and energy levels I get from this!

This product is in an easy to take and convenient pill form. I use Creatine supps as well and absolutely hate anything in powder form. Besides that the product arrived quickly and in a short period of taking I've seen tighter muscle growth and improved energy. Positive side effects listed are cognitive function and joint strength so I will see.
