Consistently good quality
I've bought this regularly for years now and add it to my breakfast - either regular boxed cereal, muesli or oats. Great value for the size of the bag and lasts ages. Good quality, bulks out breakfast a bit for a long morning but I have it more for the health implications and it works!

A great purchase: big bag, good value and fresh. It's so difficult to find wheat bran in shops so getting a bag, which will kast several months, delivered, is great.

Fantastic product but won't be buying 3Kg size again.
Firstly, great product. Currently drinking a smoothie with some in. Fantastic pain free relief from constipation: 5 STARS. Secondly, I won't be buying the 3Kg, paper bag (!), size again. The packaging is not strong enough to hold the weight through transit. Luckily, I had some paper, gaffer tape and bin bags near when I took it out of the box. Currently looking at what I'll be vacuuming in 10 minutes! Had to wait till Xmas eve to open it, didn't I! Maybe, if I leave it, Santa's reindeers Will gobble it up as they pass ;-) In conclusion: Product: 5 STARS Size & packaging (only on 3kg: the others are great #ziplock): 1 STAR, sorry.

Excellent quality, tastes very good in bran muffins.

Inexpensive source of fibre and protein. Helps keep you regular. Needs plenty of liquid to be effective.

Buona convenienza in grande sacco. Il sacco è unico, pensavo fossero confezioni separate in unico pacco da 3kg. La crusca è buona anche se un po' troppo fine per i miei gusti, l'avrei preferita meno "farinosa"
