Try the “One Tray Roast” which is so clean, simple and delicious to “Seafood Chili with Tortilla Bowls” which has a few more ingredients than you may normally have, but so delightful. Ms Khoo also is the queen of beautiful desserts. She has a great collection for every taste: “Black Forest Gâteau Bowls,” “Lemon Lava Cakes,” “Raw Fig Truffles” are some of my favorites. My first attempt will be to make her Strawberry & cream layer cake which looks absolutely delicious and perfect for a summer day.
