So, my girlfriend used it as a very "personal" relief massager. Somewhat disappointed.The power was weaker than expected and the power lessened quickly as the battery discharges. It'll give you 90-100% power within the first 3-4 minutes, so you've better make it count. You can charge it all day and it won't make a difference. I would suggest it if you are very sensitive and would appreciate something more gentle, because this is certainly gentle.The buttons are kind of confusing and the instructions kind of urge you to just figure it out, but you don't need to be a rocket scientist to catch on. Default speed/power is strongest and other speed levels decrease, default mode/rhythm is constant and other modes alternate.On the plus side, it is easy to hold, the color is really nice, and it is easy to clean. Delivered in a standard Amazon box with this box inside it and plastic casing inside that, so the item was very safely delivered. At least now that it didn't work as a "personal" massager, my girlfriend can use it as a simple back/arm/thigh/neck/temple massager. May even be a fantastic back/arm/thigh/neck/temple massager. With an item of this type that is obviously unsanitary and shouldn't even be legal.Ordered this twice, lost the charger to the first one and they don't sell those separate so I ordered a second one since they're decently priced. The second one has a defect inside of it meaning it won't charge, my previous wand works fine with the charger. For any kind of compensation, even going through the Amazon chatbot, they want it returned? Definitely wouldn't want to be the person opening those boxes for this company.Apparently all I'm left to do is withhold any further business and warn people. This massager is nice. However trying to find the buttons in it is nearly impossible especially in the dark. Why they did not make the control buttons s different color Sr have them light up makes no sense. You pretty much have to out it on and set the settings prior to turning out the lights.
