Review: A wonderful and healing cream - I usually don't have time to write reviews but this time, I really have to. I had some enlarged sebaceous glands (not acne, just very uneven skin texture) which developed gradually and at some point when I was desperate, I had to use Accutane to get rid of them, Accutane worked great for me without any side effects but every time I stopped Accutane, some of the inflammation (comedones) and uneven skin texture came back at problematic areas like my chin and around my mouth. So, I had to take at least low dose Accutane every other day to keep the inflammation and bumps at minimum. Of course, if I want to take a high dose everyday, they will be gone but I know I can't do that and at some point, I have to stop. So, I was looking for a good cream to control my inflammation that I could stop Accutane for good. I bought this cream and while I was using it (with not a lot of hope), accidentally reduced my low dose Accutane by forgetting to take it on time. I had some enlarged sebaceous glands (not acne, just very uneven skin texture) which developed gradually and at some point when I was desperate, I had to use Accutane to get rid of them, Accutane worked great for me without any side effects but every time I stopped Accutane, some of the inflammation (comedones) and uneven skin texture came back at problematic areas like my chin and around my mouth. So, I had to take at least low dose Accutane every other day to keep the inflammation and bumps at minimum. Of course, if I want to take a high dose everyday, they will be gone but I know I can't do that and at some point, I have to stop. So, I was looking for a good cream to control my inflammation that I could stop Accutane for good. The smell is disgusting! First Review (March 2018) - I absolutely love the way this makes my skin feel - soft and moisturized. I put it on every morning. It sinks in immediately and only a little is needed. And a fraction of the cost of the Jan Marini products I can't afford to buy any longer.
