I hate leaving reviews, I buy on Amazon every day. I will write a review for this. Best Protein I have ever tasted. Can mix this in shakes with only water, can add this to Greek yogurt for frosting like taste and texture, and pair this with just about anything to make sweet delicious desserts. Have switched from 20 years of ON Whey Protein. Even my wife uses my RYSE protein and she DOESNT even work out! Will keep on buying. Oh and credit to Joey Swoll whom recommended it online.

I've got 4 flavors, cinnamon toast, cosmic brownie, strawberry shortcake, reese chocolate PB; they are all great. Also bought blueberry muffin but yet to try it.

The taste is fantastic actually tastes like cinnamon toast crunch, been using it for about 2 and 1/2 weeks and I have seen some results when it comes to working out and my body would definitely recommend this to anybody who is looking for protein powder that tastes great and wants results in how you look and performance.

The flavor is great and it mixes easily, so no complaints there. However, the price point feels too high for what is essentially just a straight protein powder. It doesn’t include BCAAs or other added ingredients you’d typically expect in a product at this price range. I also don’t like that it contains soy, which can negatively impact testosterone levels for some people. The tub is a decent size and the scoop is convenient (though the handle is a bit short), but compared to other brands in the same price range, you don’t get as many servings. It will get the job done for building mass, but you’ll likely need to use more of it compared to the leading competitor in the black tub. Overall, not a bad product, just not the best value for the money.

If you like cinnamon toast crunch - just buy this. The taste is so spot on, it's shocking. It is delicious with water and ice, or fairlife milk for an extra protein boost. Amazing treat mixed with low cal ice cream or frozen yogurt. I don't know how they make it taste so good. My only qualm is, it gets a funky taste when warm. Oatmeal and mixed into coffee were both fails. That taste is not present when cold or room temp though. I will buy this forever.

My son loves it! He says there is no after taste. However, I’m not crazy about the ingredients. You can find cleaner protein out there. There’s apparent a cancer causing chemical in the container or ingredients too. There’s a disclaimer when you purchase. It’s pretty hard to find clean protein. The price is not great but decent. No issues with blending and dissolving. I can taste the fake ingredients so I have no interest in using this. The boy needs his protein and unfortunately this is one of the few he’ll drink. Read the ingredient list!
