Wonderful product, I am relatively new to cell salts, I have used them for about 8 months or so. I am astounded that I found out the information I needed from reviews and Amazon, such a wonderful community to share their honest opinions. In Europe these cell salts are common practice, here in our Wonderful USA, the majority of doctors only use drugs to treat the problem. In my case I developed eczema, it progressed to a severe rash everywhere, a dermatologist prescribed a steroid cream. it worked, however it kept reoccurring. Hence Amazon and my search to treat the underlying issue and not just treat the symptoms. I am happy to say with a product called Bio20 here on Amazon ($17 at the time) I have cleared up the eczema, it took several months to completely disappear, but now I am a true believer. I then bought a set of 12 salts... amazing to have access to such a wonderful set ($59.99), my 11 year old daughter started a sore throat, sniffles, runny nose... I immediately turned to my arsenal of cell salts and used the one that targets colds. Let me add that she hates medicine and complains endlessly.... these she did not, I explained what they were and why she should take them and she took them without complaint. They taste sweet which helps, by the 3rd day the symptoms were gone, we noticed them lessening greatly by the second day, but by the third... gone! In our house we are so used to going through the whole weeks+ worth of sickness as we patched the issue with drug store solutions to ease as much as we could. Now we are treating the root cause! I need to do more research, but let me tell you this is a true gold mine! I am a skeptic turned believer, will not be without these in my house now. I just started this version for a daily dose, I think we are all deficient is minerals in our diet, this 12 in one tablet seems like a great place to start. I will review in the future if I notice any changes... for the better or the worse, or none at all. Will update in the future. UPDATE: This is still a GO TO remedy for headaches & for helping regain electrolyte/ mineral balance during & after sickness, especially when nausea and/or vomitting have been an issue. We buy this regularly & keep it on hand as a regular staple. As with ALL homeopathics be sure to take it in a clean mouth (swish with some plain water before taking it). It is best NOT to brush your teeth, eat, or drink anything other than water for at least 15 mins. 30 is even better, but 15 works. There have been times when we've had to eat after 5 minutes & still reaped the benefits, so don't put too much thought into it. Just do your best. I WILL purchase it again & other Hyland's products! I literally have a few OTC pain meds, etc in our cabinet that we might use once every 4-5 years. Since I have really gotten into homeopathics the past few years, we have only had to use a RX med once, which is great in a large family, & that was for strep that kept lingering for one kiddo, even though the others beat it naturally. That doesn't mean we don't catch bugs, etc., but we have been able to get well again without drugs. We are very grateful they are there IF we need them, but we do know it is best NOT to use them unless absolutely necessary as they are not without risks & side effects, and homeopathics do NOT carry side effects & risks. ----------------------------- We've been using these for years to replace & provide much needed tissue salts. This is the 1st thing any of us takes at the 1st sign of sickness and/or for a headache... 6 tablets under the tongue... & headaches are usually gone in minutes. I don't think it works as well on hormone headaches alone as that seems best remedied by putting a tiny dab of progesterone on the temples after taking the cell salts, but it still helps with those. Amazon has the best price on them but I hate the games they play with the price... sometimes they fluctuate as much as $5 more per bottle, which is just ridiculous! That said, great product but do shop around if they are over $11-12 on Amazon.

Heal your body! this stuff has been nothing short of amazing in healing my and my children's teeth. People love to dis on homeopathy when they don't even get it or have truly tried it properly. But bioplasma is something wholly different than most traditional homeopathic remedies. It is a preparation of the necessary tissue salts/minerals that your body needs, in a form that is most rapidly absorbed by your body. No need for tons of bulky supplements or powders or pills. These tiny little things pack a punch! When I had my kids and was nursing it took a lot from me and my teeth started to suffer. They hurt so bad even from tap/room temp water! But after a few rounds with the bioplasma they were firmed up and no more pain at all!!!! I can attest to this! I tried for so long to fix it but nothing worked until I quit and tried this. It worked for my kids teeth too! But it helps with many other body processes. My dad has a myriad of health issues and I have him on it as well. I just forget to leave reviews on things, but I have used this stuff for many years and can attest to it's healing benefits. If you have sensitive teeth this is the best thing you can do. I do a little capful twice a day for chronic issues until relief then you can do one a day and such as needed. Helped my daughter with some decay along with cod liver oil twice daily. Until we got off track :/ otherwise I had them almost healed, I saw the progression of healing.

I found myself looking at some videos on medical astrology & came across these cell salts. I was actually looking for a specific one under my sign (star) so to speak to see if it'll treat my anemic symptoms of fatigue, dehydration, constipation, etc. I didn't like my over-reliance on iron pills. Every 2 days, I had to take one just to end up tired at the end of the day. I know this package said to take 4, I have a sensitive stomach so I decided to try 1 at 5am. to start my day with some breakfast. I felt heat in my feet and it has been difficult to get me off my feet since. I have much more energy. It has only been 3 weeks. I take one at 5am to start my work week on a monday and have not had a need to take another one til at least friday/saturday. I have not gone back to taking iron pills. I am less dehydrated & constipated I will be doing blood work in a few weeks & hope to see an improvement in my hemoglobin levels. I normally am at a 9- or 10 with iron pills. If I end up above 11, I will cry. I may come back with an update. Wonderful product. Nature is our answer.

I just started taking these last night and I don't know if this is a coincidence, but my face appears several years younger. The whites of my eyes immediately became whiter, and my skin has a beautiful glow. I took my first dose late at night just before going to bed, by tipping two tablets into the cap and emptying the cap into my mouth to let them dissolve under my tongue, as one of the top helpful reviews suggests. My first impression of these tablets is that I woke up the next morning EXTREMELY thirsty. I was so dehydrated that my heart rate was erratic and slightly elevated. I quickly drank a good amount of room temperature filtered water and felt better instantly. I took another dose of two caplets 12 hours later. I noticed that my thirst remained elevated ... I kept drinking more and more water but wasn't peeing a lot! It's as though the salts are causing my body to need more water? Mentally and emotionally, I noticed that a fog seems to have lifted and I'm suddenly seeing things clearly, seeing things for what they are. This isn't necessarily a pleasant experience, but it is an authentic and helpful one. Again, I have no idea whether this has anything to do with Bioplasma, just something I noticed.

I have an Herbalist Degree and take herbs, homeopathics, flower essences, essential oils, etc. Cell Salts are in the homeopathic category in that they are tiny pellets that dissolve under your tongue. They are not "salts", but are easily assimilated minerals. I hurt my knee and for 3 months I was in pain using oils, tiger balm, herbs and nothing was helping. It occurred to me that it could be a mineral imbalance so I took bioplasma and added #10 for sodium balance. My whole body for 2 hours pushed out all the edema and the swelling on my leg went down. I continued to take it for a few months and have never had a recurrence even though I started riding my bike in the summer. I told a friend about it and gave her about 40 tablets to try. Within 3 days she had no ringing in her ears. She had had ringing since heart surgery 4 years prior. Great product for easily assimilated minerals, great for headaches, stress, nervous tension, muscle twitching, sleep, etc, etc, etc.

I had tried separate cell salts, but did not seem to find the right ones. I saw this one and that your body would use the ones you need and discard the ones you do not...I really did not have high hopes, and just added it to my daily routine, and took it as I was supposed to so I could see if it helped with anything or not. I fully did not expect it to do anything. These are a miracle...the longer I take them I see things disappearing that I have contended with for years. I am 62, and my back has been popping and hurting for decades. My upper back especially I would bend over every day to realign my spine and CLUNK it would pop and feel better for a little while, then upper back pain all the time. After about a week and a half I noticed less popping, and now almost two months later, rarely ever pop and movement is a lot easier. First of all I wish all my supplements were this easy to take. I have just started taking these, I take 4 pills three times a day. Here is what I see so far, this has been a little over a week. I don’t need my Advil pm anymore, I have been taking that about three years. I sleep so much better and wake up refreshed, second thing I have found is my gums which are receding especially one tooth are most definitely getting better, I am blown away by this and was not expecting this to happen.I have also noticed my joints less painful . I will continue to take these magic pills forever, not because I have a cold , or I am sick with something but as an all round supplement for my total health. Thank you Hyland Health

Amazing product! So happy I learned about cell salts especially bio plasma and all the incredible benefits. Skin getting clearer, mood improvement and tooth sensitivity to cold ice cream and drinks gone.

I bought this product because of restless legs and sleep problems. It works for both, if I wake up with restless legs I take 6 of them under my tongue and have no problem going back to sleep. My sleep has improved since I started taking them. I'm on my second bottle and I would recommend them to anyone having sleep issues. I also noticed it has gradually taken the dark tarter off the back of my teeth, which is very nice, my teeth are getting whiter.

This is a great product we don't want to be without. However, they changed the label - it now says Bio-XII with another label stuck on the side of the bottle saying Bioplasma. Four Corners in Canada was very helpful in resolving this issue.

Perhaps once finished the bottle. Relatively cheap for experimental use for overall health.
