I can't explain the scent, but it's beautifully rich, both feminine and masculine. It smells very expensive. It seems the ingredients are high quality, doesn't have a synthetic induced smell. I love the packaging is all recycle and that the box can be reused for a gift.

I purchased this scent before smelling it. Something I never do with perfumes. However, I risked it due to the description of the scent. I was not thrilled with it at first because I just sprayed it on a card and let it sit around me for a while to make sure it didn't give me a headache as some other fragrances can. When I sprayed it on myself I was pleasantly surprised. I really like it. Scent is such an individual thing, but I was pleased with the scent and it's such a large bottle. My husband hasn't tried it yet, but since it's supposed to be a universal scent I thought I would get him to try it. Will have to wait until hunting season is over as he does not were any cologne or scented products until then.

I love everything Anthony Hopkins, but this was a blind buy and I didn't like it! The ingredients are just not great! I thought citrus, white flowers and musk, oh great! NOT! It is overpowering and there is NOTHING sweet about it! It smells like some of the older, revived, scents unfortunately. I really tried to like it, but NO it is just not working at all. This will be my LAST blind purchase on Amazon. It only took 1 press on the bottle to my skin to know this isn't for me! I have tried this scent on my wrist again, the ingredients are NOT there, it smells like a lot of patchouli and like an "old ladies snuff box"!!!! Horrible and I am stuck with the entire bottle which I will never wear or even use in my cat's litter box! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, AND I MEAN NOTHING, SWEET ABOUT THIS FRAGRANCE. It is NOT a woman's fragrance either. It smells like an old man's cheap fragrance from the past! I am really disappointed that Amazon doesn't have a return policy on this expensive type of fragrance on a "blind" buy! Shame on you Amazon!

As An avid fan of Sir Anthony Hopkins of course I wanted to try his new fragrance and I was not disappointed. I have an extensive collection of fragrances including some exotic ones and I’m glad I’ve included this one. It’s a mature classic scent and not overpowering. How can you say no to Hannibal Lecter.

As far as delivery and packaging and speed 5 stars. This was presented as a unisex scent. Honestly i found it cloying and abit disappointing. Mostly a top note fragrance the mid and bottom notes were faint to almost missing. Gave it to my Sister who loves it. So from that standpoint it's your preference

I love trying new scents and perfumes but this one isn’t for me. I thought it was not particularly gender neutral so will give it to my nephew. Nothing wrong with it just didn’t appeal to me but money goes to a worthy cause.

This fragrance is so clean, you want to take a deep breath in! Like you just stepped out of the shower. Lovely, feminine but not so sweet or overpowering, just a clean smell. Love it.
