This resistance band works! When you start working out, you immediately start to feel the burn. If you are starting out, I would buy the lighter band to begin with as to avoid overstraining your leg muscles. I work out 3-4 times a week, play soccer and I pulled my quad working out because I didn't warm up properly as I bought the heavier resistance band, that's why I would recommend buying the lighter band and building up. Aside from that, this works and I feel stronger on the field. It is worth the money and the velcro strap allows you to adjust to your hip size. I would highly recommend this.

Back in my hay day, when I was a high school baller, I use to be able to dunk at 5’9 due to various workouts. Now that I am 33, I lost that ability to jump. I am in shape, and still athletic but just not the same when I was younger. I use this product for 3 days straight doing my homemade workouts and notice the difference immediately. I had a little more explosion when I jumped. So the more consistent you are, the better the outcome. The only thing I dislike is the band doesn’t fit around your waist properly. I am a size 36 waist and it barely… I mean barely wraps around. Other then that… it is a good product in my opinion.

Just bought the 90lb camo resistance jump trainer and after two uses the cable clip that locks into place is already loose and will unclip when in use. The equipment and idea are great for a leg workout but the clip that latches on is cheap. I have to worry about it unclipping and hitting me with a high velocity due to the elasticity. Ideally - customer support sees this and is able to send out new bands for this device so I won't need to return the whole item. Edit: customer support got back to me and I showed them photos of the clips and they sent two brand new clips free of charge to replace the original. I'll have an update on those bands and it's durability once they come in. Great customer service though

Great training tool This is a great exercising tool for any sport and helps balance and strengthens and quickens your reflexes the only con I have is they should provide a YouTube video of how to perform their exercises. I was able to implement my own exercises Along with what they demonstrated excellent work out tool
