I love this yarn so much I bought a few more colors. It is easy to work with and is soft. It has a tab for easy start. So, you don't have to dig for the yarn tail. I used a whole skein of yarn to make this dress and there was not one single not or tangle in the yarn. It unraveled smoothly. The color changes do have tiny threads that poke out, but it wasn't really knots. It seems like they used a Russian knot method maybe to connect the colors. The colors seem woven into each other. I was not worried it would break. I highly recommend this yarn. It is a great buy. Beautiful colors. I wish the picture did the dress justice lol.

I'm using this yarn to make a shawl for my wedding dress. The yarn is great quality and the color transition so very subtle unlike some other brands. I haven't encountered any factory knots at all. I will be purchasing many more for future projects

The media could not be loaded.  I have never worked with super fine yarn before and I was a little nervous after reading the mixed reviews.Let me just say that I LOVED everything about this yarn!!!The hombre colors were spectacular. So much that I found it difficult to choose which one to buy. I knew I wanted a pink to be one of the colors so I chose #262 because of the quick shipping time. It arrived as expected and I began my project right away. From the very start, I found the quality to be superb. The plies never separated, I didn't rewind the skein and it wasn't tangled (& yes, I worked from the center out using their "Start" tab), and the colors flowed with subtle changes to achieve the hombre effect. As I was crocheting, I barely noticed the small tie offs which introduced the next color. In the finished project, you cannot see them at all.I would most definitely recommend this yarn and I will absolutely certain that I'll purchase more for future projects.Then....Oh my goodness, the way it drapes....so luxuriously nice!!!The finished project washed very well with no color bleeding or fading....I hand washed it simply because I needed to block it. I think I will always recommend hand washing and drying flat, that has more to do with keeping it intact as my stitches were rather loose for this shawl [pattern found on Raveley, "Winter Ice" by Carmen Heffernan]I adore this yarn!If you are wondering about it in any way, I would suggest that you just go for it. You won't be disappointed.I'm so pleased!

First time I've used this yarn and I really like it. It is soft and lightweight, and the colors are beautiful.

Firstly, this yarn is BEAUTIFUL. I love that it comes with a sticker around the end on the inside of the skein for easy start. I don't know why other companies don't do this! Amazingly convenient.Negatives: The yarn is thinner than advertised. Advertised as size 2, is actually size 1 (super fine, see photo). The yarn is made from four strands that then gradually switch one strand for another color to create the gradient. This results in more knots throughout the skein and also makes the yarn more likely to split when crocheting/knitting (hooking less than one strand and bunching). It isn't a deal breaker for me, but I know these things can deter some people.For the mandala I am making, I want to see the entire color spectrum. Because of the falsely advertised sizing, it would not be using all colors. I am not putting in the extra work of separating each section at the color changes, folding them in half to double them up, and winding those up separately. Hope it works because I really love these colors.

Absolutely beautiful yarn. The colors are vibrant and the color transitions are so well done that you may often not notice that the colors had changed.This is a fingering weight yarn and is working up nicely. In my opinion, there is enough yardage in one cake for a shawl, but I always buy two just in case. I will definitely be buying more when the need arises.
