just came out of hip surgers and this made recovery so much better. great quality and super comfortable where you need it, loved it so much bought one for my wife and we will also take on airplanes for trips on those uncomfortable airline seats

Very comfortable and genuinely effective. My work involves spending long hours sitting at a computer, and this cushion helped me get rid of the tailbone pain I was experiencing. Since then, I've continued using it every day. It provides good support and makes prolonged sitting noticeably more comfortable. Definitely one of those products that actually made a difference for me.

Its a nice feel, soft and cushy. It does feel like it will last. It definitely adds a nice padded fill but my reason for 1 less star than perfect is because after sitting on it a while and its fully compressed i dont know if its really all that much of an improvement. It does feel good right away but as i sit on it right now for over an hour i can still feel all the contact points where pressure builds while seated. I like it a lot, just didnt do enough for me.

Wow! I've not had this for very long, but the difference between this seat cushion and the one I previously had (from a different seller) is astounding. It is thick, firm, and so comfortable that I don't know how I did without it before. I'd wholeheartedly recommend this product.

I have very mixed feelings about this cushion. The top is nice and smooth. Comfortable to sit on... but as time goes by it sort of squishes where the notch part is and the underside rolls up and it has very prominent little hard plastic bumps that are supposed to prevent sliding but actually poke me and hurt. Also, there are two huge stupid tags that will need to be cut off too. Why do all these cushions have these bumps on the bottom. Just what are people doing with them that require bumps to keep them in place? Should simply sitting on it accomplish the same thing? They're not being used on ice. I don't see them sliding around. I'd give this 5 stars if the bottom side was smooth without those bumps.

This cushion is excellent. It has helped greatly especially since I was diagnosed with sciatica. I am beginning to fell better and this cushion is also aiding in my recovery

I reordered since my originals are about five years old. Still comfortable and takes pressure of nerves. I recently had lumbar surgery and these provide a little extra insurance. Material is sturdy and the originals never frayed. The zipper is still in good shape. I use these for my desk at home and have an additional one on my seat a work. Yes, still working at 75. I ordered the gel foam type. It seems a little softer than the original one which was not gel. Very satisfied with purchase.

The Pillow is very comfortable, I highly advice it. Whilst ordering I had some troubles with the invoice. The company replied in very few hours, and they were able to solve my problem in a very short time.

Seat cushion provide good support for long hours of use & relieves tailbone pain. A bit pricey though.

AMAZING RELIEF! I have been suffering from severe leg pain when I drive, even short distances. This cushion works SO well, that I drove 6 hours yesterday, with NO pain. Highly recommend.
