Does this come with cartridges? Or do I need to buy separately

Dear fellow customer, the Epson WorkForce WF-4820 does ship with ink cartridges.

What's the suitcase for?

There is no suitcase with the ink, it’s just an image on the box, maybe something to do with them being XL cartridges.

Would these work for the epson workforce wf7310dtw?

The 405XL Suitcase ink is compatible with the WF-7310DTW printer. Kind regards, Epson UK.
