Airthings 292 Wave Mini - Indoor Air Quality Monitor with Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), Humidity and Temperature Detectors, Cable-Free

Like many I bought this to try and solve damp and humidity issues. It seems very basic but it's actually very useful because the temperature water condenses on walls is about 16° c. So if you are managing your heating it's really good to check if you are able to maintain that because it's crucial to avoiding mildew and mould in the winter months. Particularly through the night. It's also quite interesting to see what your refrigerator is doing I was surprised my temperature goes up and down quite a lot. No need to open the fridge door.

Compact, good battery life so far, app easy to use so you can compare results over different timeframes (and across different devices if you had more than one). I find it fine to just use Bluetooth when nearby to upload readings.

Checks air quality and warns of mould growth, easy to set up.

Expensive, but we'll worth the money. I have 3 mini and 1 x plus connected to the hub. It works well.

I purchased it, because it said it will be able to tell you what is your mould risk. After reading the booklet I realized it will not, it puts you in mold risk if you have 60% or more humidity, now every other product that’s like £10 can do that actually.Battery will die after 2 months. Most importantly ai had a HUGE mould issue just behind my bed, I kept the product next to it, it has not said a thing, and the only reason I discovered the mould is because i started to have health issues.VOC meter will increase if you take a shower, so cannot be trusted. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing.Please don’t waste your money, I can safely tell you, buy something much cheaper!!

This product comes in an attractive box and is quite discreet and plain looking.It is very simple to use and gives a good indication of the quality of the air in a room. It is easy to set up and easy to understand.

Little disappointed tbh. I have bought temp and humidity sensors for about five pounds so was expecting great things after my near 70 pounds investment and having read the reviews. Sadly information is only marginally better and NO WIFI! Today’s expectation is connected everywhere and real time. If they can’t do WiFi think it sums up the product

Just as long as you realize this does not detect mold spores this may be ok. But there are much cheaper options if you are concerned about humidity only. If you are concerned about VOC levels, this may be a good investment

should give CO2 aswell, but the omly product I know who controls mold

Je suis très satisfaite de ce capteur de qualité de l'air. Il fournit des informations précieuses et fiables sur l'humidité, la température et surtout la qualité de l'air intérieur. C'est étonnant de voir à quel point certains gestes du quotidien peuvent impacter l'air que l'on respire. Grâce à lui, je peux agir en conséquence (aérer plus souvent, utiliser un déshumidificateur etc...) et maintenir un environnement sain. Un appareil simple à utiliser, mais au bénéfices considérable

Works good, would be nice with some more sensors but it was cheap so..
