Bought this for my teaching from home and what a camera, it is a very nice weight and well built, the lens focus and zoom is smooth and clear, and the image it produces is amazing, the students get a much better experience now. Paired with my shotgun Mic, it is really good quality, I am clear in both sound and video The only bad thing is the sensitivity of the focus, one slight touch and it is out of focus, other than that once it is set its amazing

Good quality

I was attracted to buying this streaming camera for its advertised picture quality and it's slr type shiftable focus lens ... especially my fave lens, 50mm and adjustable aperture. The camera is of a robust build quality and very easy to set up and use. However on test after test I was not impressed by the very desaturated picture quality, especially in comparison to my usual 4k webcam. I was looking for that digi-slr, natural bokeh look that I felt this lens would give me. It doesn't. As a university lecturer I bought the camera to do live streamed classes, tutorials and staff meetings. Having been off all summer, it took from July to yesterday (Sept 2nd) to genuinely road test. On arrival into a meeting my boss immediately said 'What's happened to your camera?! You look like death warmed up!' He also told me the picture at his end was very grainy and green tinged. The pic here is from my end of a test set up on Microsoft Teams. I came up to return the camera today, but the window of opportunity for that has passed. For the money, I was - I admit - suffering from over expectation. If the colour saturation was somehow adjustable, it may be a good piece of kit. As is. It will now live in it's box until I can find a use for it.

Good quality and sharp image. Automatically Detected and worked well on my Win10 laptop computer. I am concerned that focusing drifts across the zoom range so would suggest that the camera is located and set up before use as it is not possible to zoom the lens whilst maintaining focus.

Solid little camera. Looks neat and unobtrusive as a ceiling camera. Needs good light to produce well-coloured picture, tends to yellow cast in poor light. Best for use in fixed focus situations such as pointing at lectern or stage.

Very bad video Quality. Noisy, Video resolution limited to 768p !!! 3:4 Format. Waste of money and time.

I bought this camera to mount on my tv and use for zoom calling with family and friends. The view is so wide that the 4 of us were lost in the picture from around 3 meters away, I was unable to zoom in close enough to frame the family so returned the item. Picture quality is pretty good, light is not great so you would need to set up additional lighting. Great camera, just didn't fit my needs. In case anyone is trying to do something similar; in the end I purchased a 2nd hand mobile phone with a very good camera for £70 (it had a cracked screen) and set it up through droidcam. Works brilliantly and I can zoom in and out depending on how many of us are on the call.

Auf lange Sicht war diese Kamera enttäuschend. Der optische Zoom schluckt eine Menge Licht, so dass man nur unter erheblichem Kunstlichteinsatz halbwegs brauchbare Bilder bekommt. In einigen hellen bis überstrahlten Bildbereichen kommt es dann zu Artefakten, die sich nur durch mühsames Nachjustieren in den Griff bekommen lassen. Heute kam Ersatz, die Obsbot Tiny 2 lite. Was für ein Unterschied!

Wir benutzen die Kamera für Zoom Meetings. Dazu ist sie ellemal gut. Auf die Mechanik der Brennweiten- und Zoom-einstellungen darf man nicht so genau hinsehen. Die kleinen Feststellschrauben sind schon nach einigen Einsätzen verloren gegangen.
