All I can say is that I have had 2 pregnancies back to back alongside 2 years of breastfeeding and one of the pregnancies was with severe HG. I couldn't keep vitamins down with HG but even then, I didnt keep up with prenatal vitamins like I should have. After HG pregnancy, 1 year breastfeeding, another normal pregnancy, and slightly over another year breastfeeding....I felt awful, run down, fatigued, aching joints, etc. I started taking the Womens Ultra softgel capsules by Olly and I saw slight improvement but not much. I took it for the past 6-8 months. Still feeling awful for the most part. I actually just started taking this because I would like to have a 3rd little but feeling run down already (bloodowork normal), I wanted to get a head start on my body and vitamin stores. I have seen such a difference since ive started taking these about a week ago. I have more energy and feel better overall. Very effective overall. Hitting 36, I've also started taking water intake more seriously. These have a slight mint taste which is pleasant. I hope i can keep going with these if I wind up with another HG baby but if not, I would definitely go back to them as soon as the baby is born. These are also fairly small and easy to swallow which i love. I very highly recommend, from mom to mom.

I wish these prenatals had been around throughout all of my pregnancies. By far the BEST I have taken. There is a absolutely no taste. They are not massive and hard to swallow. The best part I think that helped me was the added bit of ginger in them. I have not had any nausea this pregnancy. My last 3 I had issues throughout the entire pregnancy. With other prenatals my hair and nails did not grow like they say they will. With Olly I'm constantly trimming my nails and my hair is growing like crazy. Get these. Trust me. You won't regret it.

I’ve tried a lot of prenatals. This is by the far the best. It doesn’t smell bad, and it doesn’t give you the stinky breath/burps some others do. The mint is subtle but nice. I personally find it easier to take capsules rather than gummies. Most capsules are horrible, but these ones really aren’t. They don’t make me nauseous or sick.

Had to come here and say how revolutionary these prenatals are. I’m pregnant with my 6th baby and I’ve tried alll the prenatals before this. This is the very first that doesn’t make me nauseous, isn’t giant and hard to swallow, doesn’t cause fishy burps or an upset stomach AND seems actually effective. The slightly minty taste makes it so much more palatable than other ones and I’m just SO grateful for this one. I honestly have had such a hard time finding the right one in the past and they’ve had such bad side effects that it was always a massive struggle to take prenatals, especially in the crucial first trimester. I have been taking this for years and through multiple pregnancies. The capsules are superior to thr gummies because of the iron content. This was told to me by my Obgyn. They contain mint to cover the smell and taste of other ingredients. I have NEVER had an nausea because of them. They are smooth and go down easy. I recommend them to everyone.

Seems to have everything needed in a prenatal. I like that it has a lower amount of iron to make it gentler on your stomach, I’m sensitive to iron so I can appreciate this. I usually take the gummies, which are delicious, but I switched to these for the iron, the gummies do not have the iron in them . Upon arrival, they were all stuck together, but it’s also peak of summer where I am. This was easily solved by popping them in the fridge for a bit, and then they easily separated for me, just a little misshapen since they are soft caps. They come with a slight mint scent, I feel that’s to likely cover up any odor that some of the ingredients can cause, like the fish oils, it’s actually nice, no one enjoys that smell even when they aren’t pregnant. Pills appear exactly as they do in the picture, small, purple soft caps. So easy to swallow with small size, no after taste or fishy burps. (Gross, I know) and again no upset stomach or any struggle to take. I have bought some expensive prenatals before, like the special packets with multiple vitamins in them, I won’t say the company name, they have great reviews which blew my mind because I couldn’t even get past the smell of them when I opened the packet, let alone take them without gagging on them or then the aftertaste that stuck around. This is a great cheaper alternative, with the bonus of no taste, aftertaste or violating smell lol.

Used these throughout my pregnancy with twins. Taste:There is essentially no taste except a mild minty flavor. I bought the capsules, so as soon as I swallowed the pills the mint taste was gone. Effectiveness:I believe they were very effective! My twins are here and they are both happy and healthy. I was able to carry them all the way to 34 weeks which the doctors were not expecting for me. Ingredients:I love that it includes DHA. Now that my twins are here, doctors are encouraging that we use formula with DHA because of how good it is for them, so I’m glad I was able to provide that while they were in my belly. Texture:Texture was fine and smooth. Pills are not huge and were easy to swallow. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I heard a ton of reviews about other products tasting fishy, being hard to swallow, fish burps, causing stomach issues, etc. I never had any of these issues with this product. I would even go as far to say that I expected it because my stomach is so sensitive (especially with a twin pregnancy!) and it never caused any issues. I was a bit worried because I also saw some reviews saying the product came damaged or with pills stuck together, but I never had that problem for the 9+ months I used the product. I even had some delivered in the summer and they were perfectly okay.

I love these prenatals! I tried the Olly gummies in the beginning on my pregnancy, but the texture and citrus flavor made my morning sickness worse. These soft gels are a tic tac mint flavor and small! Super easy to swallow.
