Real Mushrooms Organic Cordyceps Powder for Energy & Wellness, 60 Servings

I bought Cordyceps because I was getting really tired by 3pm or so on my harder run days. After some fairly extensive reading, I was hoping that Coryceps could make the difference for me. After a couple of weeks I felt no real difference, either in my workout performance or recovery. I drink a BCAA mix before every workout so I simply add the Cordyceps to the drink. I am happy to report that they mix easily and thoroughly and do not change the flavor of the drink at all. In any event, after maybe the third week, I noticed the change. It is subtle but it is definitive. I simply have more energy all day. Not like crazy amphetamine energy but just not tired the way I was. I am also beginning to notice more actual energy during my runs though it is a very slight difference. I am wondering if this has something to do with the increased oxygen absorption that many claim Cordyceps deliver. Regardless, I am now done with my first bag and am absolutely ordering another. I can say with 100% certainty that Cordyceps Mushroom Extract Powder by Real Mushrooms works as advertised. Very good product! Oh, the only bummer is the zip lock bag broke on day one. Might have just been a one off. Will update if the second one does it.

I’ve been using this brand of mushrooms for my mushroom matcha latte and mushroom coffee for years, and I can’t say enough about the consistent high quality of this product. I feel a good amount of steady energy from the cordyceps.

I saw a YouTube video of a woman madly scrubbing her floors after taking whatever mushroom gummy she was recommending. I thought Wow! I could use that kind of mad energy! So i did some research on Google and Amazon and found Real Mushrooms Cordyceps and decided to try this one. It sat on my counter for a couple months before I opened it because I wasn't sure what to expect or how it would affect me and the other supplements I take. I decided to mix about a half teaspoonful in my coffee, and it mixes well! There is really no taste, either. It is a very fine powder so when you open the bag the powder kind of floats everywhere, so be careful. After a few days taking it I noticed I didn't feel so sad/depressed as I had been feeling for a long time. I actually got up promptly in the morning to exercise, was motivated to stick to my healthy food and supplements routine, and just generally felt better and more motivated during the day. I can't tell about any specific benefit to my exercise routine. But I didn't get that mad, crazy rush of energy to scrub my house--disappointed because I could really use that kind of energy! But yea, it does have the subtle mood/motivation energy factor for me, so I feel it is beneficial. Rather expensive, but I do recommend it.

Love this product!!! It's definitely a feel the difference type of product! You don't get all jittery, you just drink it ( I add it to my coffee ) and go about your day. After a while you realize that "Hey, I feel good"! For me it gives me sustained energy and mental clarity for several hours! More importantly, it's made it so that I hardly ever have to use my rescue inhaler! It also helps to motivate you to workout or get projects done that you've been putting off. It's not hippy dippy stuff it really works and has been written up in several medical websites and journals. Body builder magazine calls it the "Magic Mushroom" because the of how it helps increase your oxygen uptake so you can do more reps which helps you to build your muscles. I have COPD. It's been 2 weeks since I shifted to this brand from another brand that extracts from both mycelia and fruiting bodies. Since I started , I stopped using my nebulizer and steroid inhaler altogether. This afternoon I suddenly felt the beginnings of asthma - breathlessness, belabored breathing and fatigue. I was ready to start with the nebulizer again when I remembered that what I took in the morning was the different mushroom brand and not this REalMushroom Pure Cordyceps and so I took 1/2 tsp. My goodness! In just 30 minutes the breathlessness was gone. Just gone ! Also, I just felt this palpable but steady surge of energy. In fact , by early night time, I went on the treadmill , much to my hubby's surprise. Oh, and he was suffering from a stiff neck and in pain. When he saw I was like raised from the dead after taking this, he asked if it would help him with his muscle pain. So I googled and read Cordyceps also smoothens the muscles and thus inhibits lactic acid etc. I made him drink a shot (I don't like mixing with my drinks so I just mix it in very small quantity of hot water and take it in one shot ). Oh my goodness! He felt so much better after maybe an hour or so as well. I can't explain my excitement about this product. I hope the company keep the integrity in selling only pure extracts from fruiting bodies. More power !

I was shocked at how little you get for the high price. It says 60 servings which must mean 1/4 teaspoon. I totally missed how many ounces the package contained.

Real Mushrooms is the second brand of cordyceps I have tried & I'm in love with their product! I use 1/2-1 teaspoon of cordyceps every morning about 30-60 minutes before a hard workout. I do fasted workouts so many other products caused stomach issues. But not these cordyceps! I get a nice steady, feel-good energy that lasts all morning. Its a nice way to wake up & get some extra motivation before and during a workout. It will not give you the jitters or a crash either. I will say if you are looking for a "pre-workout" supplement & want a hard punch this is not the product for you. I, personally, hate "pre-workout" supplements with a passion. These mushrooms are an all natural way to promote health, blood flow, & energy. I mix the 1/2-1 teaspoon of cordyceps with 4oz of hot water. I also add a teaspoon of cacao & a couple of drops of stevia(which I'm slowly cutting back on). This just makes it a little sweeter. My husband drinks it straight up so its all about personal preference.

So I purchased this after I read the reviews. I honestly thought the pack would be bigger when it would arrive but you only need a little bit mixed with food. It arrived very quickly and after trying it for a few days decided to write about my experience. I have suffered from asthma since I was little and wow this stuff really clears you out, I feel so much better after only a few days. I feel as if I have more energy, even my mood is better. Honestly it smells a little shrimpy/mushroomy and it taste terrible when mixed with tea so I mix it with food, but I definitely recommend this to anyone feeling who feels like they need an energy boost. It works really well.

I mix this in my coffee every morning along with 5 defenders and Lions main. Best thing I could have done. No coffee crashes and has suppressed my appetite and increased my energy. All the added health benefits also, it's a game changer. If you use a milk frother it will mix it effortlessly, no clumps!
