I have been taking UC-II for 2-3 years now and it's a much effective supplement than Glucosamine. I practice Japanese martial arts for years and kneeling or jumping up from a kneeling position etc. is a common feature of the art. I can tell and feel the difference in my knees in terms of 'less tightness and discomfort'. UC-II also improves my knees' flexibility somewhat.
