Trustworthy brand, just trying the tomato blend for the first time.
Coast of Maine is the best. Have just planted with the tomato blend for the first time, so we'll see how the plants grow.

Best soil that I've used so far.
I live in a northern climate and our growing season is short. I planted my tomato plants in this soil and they started barring fruit within a month. The plants grew very quickly. We have tomatoes all summer long. I didn't experience any nats or critters in the soil, but for precaution, I only opened it outside. I will be buying more next spring.

Good but pricey
If you have one ir two tomatoes this is worth it but for anything more steer clear and seek cheaper alternatives.

Good and bad
Got this soil for the first time for heirloom tomato seeds I had. A few months later and they are doing great, indoors! Yes, the soil must have had gnats in it- I should have disinfected it. But I caught it early and used organic Neem oil I mix from a concentrate (higher concentrate for insects) and spray it all over the surface once a week right after watering. Itโs been working great. I still see an occasional gnat, but hardly any. Iโm about to order two more bags of this soil and will make sure to desinfect before using it. Highly recommend!

Tomatoes and cukes
Used this soil mixed in with some remains from Hairey Vetch which I planted last fall. Planted my tomatoes and cucumbers right after Memorial Day, fed them with some Miracle Grow and unbelievable how fast and healthy my plants are with many flowers and some actual tomatoes and cucumbers already growing. I use cages from last year and Velcro to secure them. The Velcro bought on Amazon just for this purpose is great also.

I'm gonna tell you about this dirt.
Who knew that one day I'd be writing a product review for dirt, but here we are. I have a bunch of houseplants and this year wanted to have a few low-maintenance container vegetables but I've always had a hard time finding dirt that wasn't all stringy tough bits or chunks of not composted wood chips, that sort of thing. I went with this brand after reading the reviews and I have to say it is exactly what I have been looking for. The dirt is rich and brown and smells slightly composty but it's not noticeable unless you're a few inches from it. It's a nice texture and just feels like, "Hey, this is some really good dirt!" It pours our easily and is just nice to work with...for dirt. I'm really looking forward to seeing how my potatoes come out!
